On the first floor a large balcony offers a view over Garda and the Rocca (hill). On the second floor a wide glass window creates a unique environment between the open living room, the terrace, the sky and the lake. 5 minutes walk from the lake, our apartment provides an exclusive permanent parking space.

It is located in Lugana di Sirmione, just 200 meters from Lake Garda, in a quiet residence next to a beautiful promenade and close to the beach of Lugana. INSTA FLAT was COMPLETELY renovated in May 2022, all furniture, balcony doors and appliances are new. We clean and disinfect all surfaces before each new check-in. There is a large free parking nearby!
