Holiday rentals with a patio in Sirmione

Cristina and Sergio were the best hosts possible. They are so kind and caring and made me feel at home. They were flexible and accommodating to my needs and responded immediately to any questions. Everything was as described. They went out of their way to make sure that my dog Piccolina and I were comfortable, and even went out and bought an espresso machine when I mentioned that I love using them. They were a pleasure to know and spend time with. Their dog Teddy is the sweetest, and wonderful company for my nervous little rescue dog. I enjoyed my stay and managed to get around the Lake to all the towns I wanted to visit, despite not having a car. There are so many things to love in Italy, but It is the warmth and graciousness of the people I love most, and Cristina and Sergio were the personification of those qualities. We had a very nice stay! The mobile home was clean, well equipped and offered everything you need for a few relaxing days. The absolute highlight, however, was the beautiful pool area and the quiet location – surrounded by vines, simply fantastic. Marta and her family were extremely friendly, warm and always helpful. We felt very welcome and would love to come back anytime!

Alessandra and Pino were excellent hosts - the communication in advance was great and they always inquired whether everything was to our satisfaction. The apartment and the area were an oasis of peace in which we could relax to the chirping of crickets after our activities. The kitchen is extraordinarily equipped, all necessary kitchen utensils are available. The living room is actually larger than it looked for us in the photos. Supermarkets are nearby, as well as a great dog beach. We can fully recommend the apartment!

We had a great week at this lovely apartment with our two kids, enjoying a wonderful breakfast every morning, a really beautiful pool and stunning scenery every day. Big recommendation!

A very stylish, individual property in a peaceful location & with a beautiful view all within walking distance of central Limone. We really enjoyed the small balcony directly off our room for morning coffee and breakfast and the larger balcony with loungers was a lovely space too. The walk into Limone of 10/15 minutes to the ferry, bars & restaurants ( some are nearer) on footpaths & feeling safe is a bonus. Although if you arrive by boat be mindful of how much luggage you have as it’s very busy when you get off and taxis are not easy to find until you get to the taxi rank. This is about half way to the apartment so we just carried on!

Very nice reception, we arrived earlier and were even allowed to check in earlier, was no problem. Ivano and his wife are very friendly, we could simply leave the tourist tax on the table at check out, unfortunately there were isolated ants in the accommodation..in the accommodation there are a lot of apartments, unfortunately some were very loud at night, which you could hear.. of course Ivano can't do anything about that. The location was great, and the parking space in the underground garage is also worth mentioning. Elevator. The balcony was also very practical to sit together a little in the evening. We'd love to come back!

The accommodation was great and worth every penny. The 25-meter pool alone is great for relaxing after a day of sightseeing. The air conditioning was also worth its weight in gold, because it was very hot. We found the apartment to be quiet, in the evening the windows were closed and you didn't hear anything. You can quickly get from the apartment to the old town, quickly to the train station and quickly to the ferry dock. Diletta is great, was quick to reach and incredibly helpful. We will be back.

From the first contact, Claudio made a great effort and the communication was super easy and very nice. He personally welcomed us on site and surprised us with Prosecco and a pastry specialty. The studio is located in an impressive old palazzo from the 15th century and is one of the oldest buildings, very impressive. It is partly furnished with antiques and partly with modern furniture, very tasteful and we felt immediately comfortable. The highlight was the fantastic terrace with the great view of the lake and the wonderful planting with bougainvillea and vines... a wonderful place that we often used and enjoyed. The kitchen area is a bit small, but equipped with the necessary facilities. The bathroom is also small, but very nice. Unfortunately, there was hardly any WLAN, but that was almost secondary to all the beautiful things. We can only recommend the beautiful studio in a great location and with a dream view!🤩👍☀️

It was a lovely place to stay, so close to the Lake with a choice of 4 different places to eat very close by. The house was perfect for 5 of us, a bathroom for each couple. Very well equipped kitchen, nice modern feel to the house. Rachele always responded to any questions very quickly and did everything to accommodate us. I would definitely recommend this house.

What a stunning place to stay. The views are incredible. The house is beautiful with everything you could need. The pool is perfect and the 3 min walk to the beach/lake make this location brilliant.

We stayed at the property for 6 nights. Check-in worked out great, we were personally greeted and the most important things were explained to us right away. Then we received a list of various recommendations, which were all great! The house is very nice, clean and well organized. The house is a good distance above the hustle and bustle of the lake, so it was usually very quiet. In our case, the Strada della Forra was unfortunately closed, which made the daily journey to and from the house a little longer. Those who don't feel comfortable driving on steep and sometimes narrow roads could reach their limits here. But all in all, we had a very great time and can highly recommend both the accommodation and Cristoph and Claudia as hosts!

The 2 floor apartment was well appointed and stylishly decorated with all the mod cons you would need as a family with young children and grandparents. Pool was perfect for the little one and the gated residence felt very safe and peaceful. Perfectly situated for a walk into the old town or close by there are lovely restaurants and a lake beach is not far. Be aware that there is a city tax for tourists that you need to have cash for. The WiFi was a little slow but we managed to organise things eventually and the host assistant was so helpful and lovely. She arranged taxis for us to get to the airport and gave us some great tips on restaurants and the surrounding area and boat tours. If you get a chance do the Garda Tour boat trip to Isola Del Garda, it is really special and there is a castle and gardens to walk around when you arrive on the island, the tour guide takes you through the top of the lived in castle and you get refreshments and snacks for a break with beautiful views.

The house was really perfect for our vacation. The perfect base for excursions to the lake or to nearby cities such as Verona. We looked forward to coming home every evening and enjoying a glass of wine on the terrace with fantastic views. The kitchen is super equipped and you really have everything you need for cooking. If you don't want to cook, there is a pizzeria and a small grocery store nearby. So you don't always have to drive. We felt very comfortable and would definitely spend our vacation here again.

Fantastic stay, location just as it looks online, clean, spacious and comfortable. Groceries nearby, cycling routes and buses. Beautiful view, definitely would recommend this place!

It was such a joy to stay here. Lina was a very warm, responsive and welcoming host who made sure I had everything I needed. It was so cozy and felt immediately like home, plus it was very walkable - just 20 minutes to the heart of Città Antica. I’d recommend 100%💕

We had a wonderful stay at Nicola's place. The space was outstanding and the view was a dream. The place is a little elevated and we recommend a car to go to Bardolino. Bardolino is also great with children and dog. It has a dog playground and lots of options for kids. The highlight was the little stroll.

A wonderful stay - the apartment was as described.. private, quiet and with a lovely view. Massimo was helpful and responsive to answer any queries and provide recommendations on the area.

We had a wonderful stay in the Casa Francesca apartment! The location is perfect - the center and the lake are easily accessible on foot. A big plus was also the existing parking lot, which made the arrival very uncomplicated. The apartment was clean, well maintained and equipped with everything you could need for a comfortable stay. It is a beautiful home, equipped with everything you need to make for a fabulous vacation in Garda. The space is light and comfortable with great AC and comfortable beds. The location is the perfect jumping off point to explore all the adorable towns on Lake Garda. Pier Giuseppe was super responsive and offered great videos on everything having to do with the house. The photos online represent the house exactly with full amenities including a washer and even a dryer, which is rare in Europe. The only suggestion I would have is to add a coffee table in the living room, which is definitely a missing element to enjoy the space more. We would definitely rent this home again!

Marisa is a wonderfully attentive hostess who maintains contact on her own initiative and offers her advice and support in all questions, in the best German, by the way. The apartment is very harmonious and cozy, the kitchen is well equipped and the air conditioning, set to quiet, is very pleasant. We enjoyed using the outdoor seating in the quiet alley and also the bars, shops, bakeries and ice cream parlour in the immediate vicinity. Those who "come home" from the hustle and bustle of Lake Garda meet familiar faces and soon feel like part of the village. Thank you, Marisa, for the wonderful holiday week with you.

Roberto is a great host and the property is excellent for short or longer stays. It is perfectly located out of the way to be quiet but just a short walk to the lake. The grounds are beautiful and we were lucky enough to visit when the pools were opened and has a great atmosphere.

Amazing place. The patio back onto the park. Walking distance to the main square. Very clean and spacious.
