Beautiful newly renovated cottage and large sloping plot on the shore of the clean Storträsk lake. The yard is a quiet and scenic place to spend a holiday, where the neighbors are not within sight. From the terrace you can admire the lake landscape or forest life. The sauna is right next to the beach, you can go rowing or fishing by boat or paddle board. Even in winter, you can always go swimming. In the yard, you will find, for example, a gas grill and a charcoal grill, as well as a campfire place. Bed linen and towels are included.

The beautiful scenery of the national park opens up in every direction from the windows of the house. Outdoor trails start right from the front door! Relax in the gentle steam of a traditional Finnish sauna, and soak in a hot tub under the starry sky (new clean water for every guest - also in winter). You get the second apartment in the house completely for yourself or for your group. You can explore the history of the station. The freight trains run rarely on the track. There are woods, walking trails and K-Market 100m away. Mustion Ruukki Beach is 3.2km away. Mustio's famous castle is 3.7km away.

My place used to be an attic of a barn, but now it is a cozy home with everything you need for modern life. We are situated very close to Nuuksio National Park: mushroom and berry picking is possible close-by. With some luck you can see elks and deers from the terrace. The house easily takes four people, but with with sofas and additional mattresses, a few more. Pets are welcome, if they behave. Sauna is available upon request and for a 20€ fee.
