Holiday rentals with a fireplace in Six Mile Lake

We had a wonderful time celebrating our friend’s bachelorette. We’ll definitely have to come back one day when it’s a little warmer!

The house was very clean, bright and cozy with all the amenities necessary for a great stay. Short distance to all the stores and restaurants, as well as two Provincial Parks. Would highly recommend this place to those visiting/exploring Huntsville.

the house has been in the family since 1934, however has been updated and additions built that adds to the charm. Super cool sauna lay out and the bedrooms were spacious and clean...we had a great stay and even managed a few cider tours in the surrounding area. so fun...

We had a lovely stay. The place was even nicer than we expected. This is the best air bnb we’ve ever had. It was really private and really clean, which was exactly what we were looking for. They provided so many little things which just added to the overall experience. Its the small things that go a long way. The place was really open concept and just really well furnished. Gave a fantastic vibe. The hot stub was clean, private and lovely. You wont be disappointed whatsoever here. Thank you for being a fantastic host Rebecca.

We stayed at Dylan’s place for the weekend with 13 adults and 4 kids. There was enough rooms and beds for all of us with adequate bedding and space. The house was clean and well equipped for our weekend! Before the stay we had lots of questions and Dylan was very responsive and answered everything in a timely manner and with lots of details. He was always following up during the weekend as well. The dock is beautiful and amazing! It was a bit buggy but that’s expected near the waters. We used the kayaks and boat and had a wonderful time!

Chelsea’s place was absolutely beautiful ! Upon walking in the house, the view of the water is breathtaking and did not get old each morning while sipping our coffees. The home itself was very homey, and a great wide open space for gathering with friends. Chelsea was super helpful when booking, made recommendations and was super responsive during our stay with any questions we had. I would highly recommend a stay here - can’t get much closer to being “on the lake”!

Shiyu was a great host. What an amazing and peaceful cottage. We made some great memories there. Shiyu was very responsive and helpful. The place looks exactly, even better than pictures in real life. Shiyu accommodated us in best way possible. Totally worth getting this place for the weekend and spending time with family. Definitely booking it again soon. I would recommend 100% this property if you want to spend quality time with your loved ones.

My best friend and I were looking for a place to go for a girls getaway. We both desperately needed to relax and unwind. Devon’s place was exactly what we hoped for. The hot tub and sauna were an added bonus. If you need peace, are looking to rest and relax or even go someplace close to amenities but that still feels secluded Devon’s little slice of heaven is exactly the spot you need. We will definitely be booking for a future girls trip for sure! 💗 5⭐️ place!

What an absolutely gorgeous place with not even the smallest details overlooked. Cathy was friendly, kind and extremely easy to deal with. Everything was exactly as described but even more beautiful in person. We were so impressed! My Mom and I enjoyed the cozy living room after cooking a meal in the perfectly appointed kitchen. We enjoyed Netflix on the large TV and a great soak in the comfortable hot tub. The property was absolutely mesmerizing and we spent at least an hour walking about, admiring the countless decorations. The bed was luxurious and everything was clean and in great condition. Cathy also made time for us personally, showing us around the entire property when we asked to see it. Thank you so much for a memorable stay, Cathy! We cannot wait to come back.

A fabulous beach front location, within steps of a sandy and shallow waterfront. Tess and Jeff are great hosts and extremely helpful. The accommodation is super cosy and much bigger than expected. It had everything we needed and more! The kitchenette may be small but it is well stocked and we didn’t have any issues with cooking. The BBQ is a gas one and very good. We enjoyed eating outside on the large sized deck. Even though it’s shared with the owners, the privacy screen was ample. The beach was pretty quiet and made for a relaxing stay. We sadly didn’t get to witness any sunsets since it was a little cloudy, but you can see how amazing it would be! Thank you Tess and Jeff for your kind hospitality.

Dom and Christine's place is wonderful. Very clean and well kept. Decorated well and though only a studio, it still felt quit large. Big comfy king size bed that was great to sleep in. The patio with a creek running beside it added to the peace and tranquility I was searching for in this little vacay. Dom and Christine were very friendly and helpful and prompt when I needed to message how to get the shuttle to the village. Having a shuttle available to book throughout the day was super handy and it made getting over to the village seemless. Used the hot tub the last evening there and it was quite enjoyable. Overall, this was a 10 out of 10 visit for me and I would love to come back another time to any of Dom& Christine's properties!

A friend and I decided to head north for a quick night away. Taurean’s “King’s Den” apartment was the perfect choice! A gorgeous accommodation, filled with special little extras and attention to detail! We enjoyed our stay and will be back!

I had a wonderful stay at Natalie's place. It was a great location, close to many amenities, yet quiet and peaceful. The studio felt comfortable and welcoming with a thoughtful design. I appreciated Natalie's responsiveness and proactive instructions which made my trip super easy. I would highly recommend this studio.

Dom and Christine keep a wonderful home and it was an absolute pleasure to stay. They were so kind, helpful and accommodating. It really made our stay in Blue mountain. Thank you so much Dom and Christine!

Our hosts Ron and Susan were very quick to respond to all queries. They were helpful and friendly. Check in was very easy and Susan showed us around the property. The property was clean and spacious with a nautical themed decor. It is as shown on the photos located on the banks of the lake. The surroundings are beautiful. A car is essential for getting around in the Huntsville area and the parking space was always available as described. The kitchen was well equipped to cook meals. A large supermarket is close by (10 min) drive. This is an ideal location for exploring the beautiful Canadian countryside. We would recommend staying here. Thank you Susan and Ron

Very accommodating for young children!! I would stay again anytime. My only complaint would be the extra cost we had to pay for bbq, bbq was clearly listen in the ammmenities but upon arrival discovered a 25$ sign on the bbq. We planned our day so we could be at the bnb for supper and save a little bit of money only to discover the added cost. That should be stated in the listing prior to booking.

We had a great stay with a big group for a bachelor golf trip! The house has a fantastic layout, plenty of space, and a beautiful location. The common areas and kitchen were perfect for hanging out, and we appreciated how easy communication was with the host throughout. Thanks again for having us!

I had the pleasure of returning to this wonderful Airbnb, and it was just as amazing as I remembered, if not better. The space is beautifully curated, with such an artistic flair that immediately makes you feel at home. Every corner of the home is thoughtfully designed, blending comfort with creativity, making it a perfect retreat. Sara is an absolute gem. She was incredibly responsive to all my questions, ensuring everything was perfect for my stay. Her warmth and attention to detail made the entire experience seamless and inviting. I can’t recommend this place enough, it’s not just a stay; it’s an experience.

Our group had a great stay at Mina’s place! The home was exactly as pictured — clean, spacious, and really comfortable for a group. There was more than enough room for everyone to relax, and the setup made it easy for us to spend time together without feeling crowded. Mina was an amazing host — super easy to communicate with and thoughtful throughout our stay. She made sure we had everything we needed and made us feel really welcome. Firstly, this home was the nicest vacation home my family and I have EVER stayed at. It was very spacious, luxurious finishes throughout , it fit my family of 7 very well. The rooms are all good sizes. There are 4 rooms with beds in them, an office on the main floor that we put a crib in for the baby and an additional room in the basement which could be used as a bedroom if you bring a blowup mattress. The backyard is huge, the playground set was a great treat for my kids, however the hot tub did not seem like it was operable. Mina our host was absolutely AMAZING! Her response time to any of our enquires was very prompt, she made sure we truly enjoyed our stay. We would have loved if the home had blackout curtains as the rooms get quite bright in the morning when the sun comes up, but it wasn't the end of the world. All in all, it was an AMAZING STAY! Definitely recommended!!

We brought a few friends from overseas for a visit. We were delighted with our stay. The house met all our needs. It was a quiet and peaceful place for us to sit around and catch up with our friends whom we haven’t seen for many years. We were delighted with the generous supply of shampoo and conditioner even though we were not expecting them. We would go back if we ever need to in the future.

This home is beautiful and well equipped. Giovanni was pleasant and responded quickly to inquiries. My only suggestion would be for visitors to check the beds before choosing rooms, as some bed are firm and others quite soft.

Great place for families. Super comfy beds. Activities and restaurants are wonderful. Would love to return.
