Airy, bright, clean and functional. The kitchen is very well equipped - more so than at other places we’ve stayed. The deck area is lovely to sit in, and the whole flat felt private - even though the family is onsite… Flavio and Milena are friendly but not invasive, and the tiny kids are learning the trade! Friendly and welcoming. Como is always a hassle to navigate, but Flavio’s insider knowledge made our trip there seamless and truly enjoyable. The hosts are all about making it work for you - which is brilliant!

Alberto and his wife were incredible hosts, they welcomed us to a corner of paradise in the middle of the Oltrepò Pavese hills, in their family home. The farmhouse is a piece of history and tradition, completely renovated a few years ago, with every comfort and service. Living room with kitchen and huge sofa bed, double bedroom renovated in the old barn with incredible views of the hills, a fine wooden staircase that connects the entrance to the upper floors, a cellar room where you can immerse yourself in the memories of a bygone era. The house is very large, also suitable for large families like ours. The view from the terrace is incredible and the relaxation we spent in the pool was priceless (saltwater pool, very rare!). Alberto is a man of rare sociability, he involved us in the stories of various anecdotes, both concerning his family and the surrounding areas. He gave us valuable advice about the area and the activities available. Thanks!!

Beautiful, quiet apartment. Perfect for an extended weekend with a large group. Michele responded quickly to messages and was very accommodating.

We stayed in five people at the property for only one night, a couple in the ground floor room, a couple on the upper floor mezzanine and a fifth person in the sofa bed on the ground floor entrance area. The apartment is clean, furnished with care, comfortable beds, clean and well soundproofed bathrooms. The host was always responsive to every request when booking, and also provided useful information to park our car in the area. Check-in information has been provided in detail. The only thing is the inability to darken the roof skylights, in fact those who sleep in the living room and in the mezzanine do not have the opportunity to darken or shield the light that enters the skylights, it could be a disadvantage for those who, as in our case, prefer to sleep in the dark. In any case, this is a personal preference. Overall, I would recommend the property.

Our stay went very well. the house is very beautiful, with a lot of charm, in a super quiet and safe environment. i recommend it.

Good place to explore Milan! From the apartment, bars, restaurants, some shops, etc. are super accessible. For everything else, the subway is just around the corner. It's a bit noisy because the neighborhood is very busy. With the window closed, it was tiptop, but possibly difficult for very light sleepers. The apartment looks like the photos, is perfectly clean and it already had a cool drink in the fridge :) ! All in all: highly recommended!

Very good address nothing to complain about

Graziano's accommodation is very nice, comfortable and tastefully furnished. The location is excellent, in 5 minutes on foot you can reach the center and the possibility of using the parking lot is really a plus. We stayed three nights in his accommodation, for a couple it is comfortable and spacious. Graziano was kind and friendly, facilitating all communications and procedures. Highly recommended, if there was an opportunity we would definitely come back.
