From the living room, bedroom, balcony & jetty you look out towards Kråksundsgap, Edshultshall and Sollidshamn. There are wonderful cliffs & nature for walking and hiking. The sea around Hälleviksstrand is perfect for guests with their own boat or sea kayak. Laundry ramp is 300 m from the house. Parking is included about 150 meters from the house. Sheets, towels are included. Cleaning is available.

Rent our newly-built apartment at cozy Klevudden in Smögen. 100 meters to the cliffs and 100 m from the jetty is our 3rd with many beds and a large balcony with sea views. From Kleven it takes about a 5-minute walk to Smögenbryggan. Things that are available in the apartment and you are free to use are: duvets, pillows, blankets, washing machine, dryer, hair dryer, dishwasher, Weber grill, TV. Parking space is available under the house with elevator up to apt. No pets, no smoking and no "party bed". Age limit 30 years.

Here you and your family can rent a cozy home, 50 meters from the water with all the amenities. In 3 minutes you reach the amazing jetty that you can swim from and Restaurant Pelles for a good meal at sunset.
