Wonderful cottage with a patio that has ocean views

We rent out our cottage, which is a real gem all year round. The location is perfect with a 5-10 minute walk to saltwater swimming and nice viewpoints. By car, you can get to Marstrand in 20 minutes and to Gothenburg in 35 minutes and we recommend having a car. The cottage is older and simple but has been partially renovated in the winter of 2025. It is located on a beautiful natural plot and has a sunroom with a balcony that has sea views. The house is suitable for families with children, friends and couples. Maximum 4 adults but more if they are children.

Newly-built cottage right by the sea with a large jetty and a private berth. The dock is made for you to enjoy all day, as there are sun loungers, swimming ladder, outdoor furniture and barbecue. Within walking distance, you can rent kayaks, paddle tennis courts and a spa. The cottage has an open living room and kitchen with stunning views of the sea. Toilet with shower and washing machine. Upstairs, there are 3 bedrooms. One with a double bed and a private balcony, one with 2 single beds that can be put together and one with a 120 cm bed.

Here you live with fantastic sea views near swimming, forest and nature in a newly built holiday home of 30 square meters plus sleeping loft. The house offers all possible amenities such as dishwasher, washing machine, induction stove, oven, TV, etc. Enjoy the sunset on the lovely balcony or take a short walk down to the jetty for a swim. Close to central Stenungsund with shops and restaurants. In the nearby area, there are many nice excursion destinations. Orust/Tjörn and the rest of Bohuslän are quick and easy to get to.

Lillstugan by the sea and forest

Silence, calm, meadows, forest and sea. Small, simple cottage, secluded, in the middle of nature on a plot with a cottage (where I live) and a barn. At our place in northern Orust, near Slussen, you have the opportunity to both relax and socialize. With minimal environmental impact, you can enjoy lazy summer days or cozy spring or autumn days in Lillstugan. Depending on the season, you can pick berries and mushrooms in the surrounding forest lands. Lillstugan offers glamping (a bit more luxurious than camping) at its best.

Fully-equipped kitchen with dishwasher, microwave, induction stove and oven. 200 meters to the sea with rocks and a sandy beach. Several furnished patios, lawn and barbecue. Walking distance to grocery store, bus stop and ferry to Åstol and Dyrön Tjörn offers everything from beautiful nature, swimming, fishing, paddling, hiking to art and restaurants.

Summer house on Skaftö in Bohuslän with 3 bedrooms.

The house is located in a quiet and scenic environment with a large plot (3600 square meters), with both lawn and rocks on the plot. It is close (500 meters) to lovely swimming, hiking trails and local attractions. The swimming area and harbor in Stockvik (500 meters) is perfect for swimming, crab fishing and relaxation. Outdoors, there is a dining table for eight people and extra furniture that can be moved and adapted depending on the time of day. You can always find a place for sun, shade and shelter.

A cottage with a view in Ljungskile

This separate cottage has a view over the sea in a secluded, beautiful countryside setting, still just 5 mins from the E6 motorway. It is recently completely refurbished keeping the old style. On first floor a living room with a cosy fire place (iron stove), a bathroom with toilet, shower and underfloor heating, a small but fully equipped kitchen, and a dining room with doors to the terrace. On second floor it is an open loft with limited height functioning as a bedroom with 4 beds in total.

Cozy and stylish Attefall cottage with sea view

Attefallstuga med alla bekvämligheter och höghastighets wifi! I stugan finns ett väl utrustat kök, umgängesyta med direkt utgång till en egen härlig altan med havsutsikt och ett läckert badrum med dusch. Altanen har både utemöbler och solsängar. Fem sängplatser totalt, men idealiskt för två vuxna! Även om kvadratmetrarna är få, upplever man att allt ryms i stugan. Direkt utanför finns parkering och här hittar man även stigen ner till bryggan och havet. Solnedgången bänk. Välkomna!

Cozy cottage with a view

Njut utsikten över Gullmarsfjorden från terassen. Trevlig och bekväm liten stuga med allt du behöver på din semester. 4 sängplatser, en dubbelsäng och en våningssäng. Nära till strand och golf. Man måste ha med sig egna lakan och handdukar och man måste ta ut sopor och göra städning efter sig. Djurfri stuga - förbjudet med husdjur. Rökning bara utomhus. Det är 30 minuter att gå till närmaste restaurant om man inte vill ta färja till Lysekil eller Fiskebäckskil. Spel, TV och wifi.

Guest house

The guest house is located in a nature reserve on Härmanö/Gullholmen. The house is about 25 m2. The house is located on a small mountain knoll diagonally behind our own house and has two balconies: one with sun all day (without view) and one with sun until the afternoon. You can get here by ferry from Tuvesvik (parking is available). Then it's about 1.5 km to the house. Bicycles are available to borrow. If we are there, we can pick up the luggage on the flatbed.

Modern accommodation with jetty and swimming

Newly-built house located next to our residential house but demarcated and with its own spaces. We hang out mostly on the other side, but of course we'll say hello if we see you on the balcony. Little dog will probably say hello too. Take the path down to the jetty and swim or walk to Henån's lively center with shops and several restaurants. Close to forest and land and a perfect starting point for day trips by bus or car to the pearls of the Bohuskusten.

Beautiful lake view in Uddevalla, 1 hour from Gothenburg

Velkommen til vår sjarmerende hytte på vestkysten med fantastisk sjøutsikt og med sol fra morgen til kveld. Stor romslig terrasse med stor gressplen som innbyr til hyggelige uteaktiviteter både vår og sommer. Hytta ligger usjenert til, men samtidig nært det du måtte trenge og 5 min kjøretur fra Torp Köpcentrum med butikker etc. 12 km til Uddevalla. Ligger i hjerte av Bohuslän med 1 times kjøretur til blant annet Gøteborg, Smøgen, Marstrand.
