The apartment is situated above the popular Olivia’s Cocktail and Wine Bar and therefore some noise can be heard in the apartment above, however free drinks vouchers are present for guests to come and savour the atmosphere.

My flat is self contained with its own entrance. It has an open plan kitchen / living room with full cooker, microwave, fridge freezer, washing machine and a full set of kitchen wares. The bedroom is separate with an en-suite shower room. Off road parking is available directly outside the flat. Garden area with seating is available. The flat is set in a quiet country location on the edge of a small hamlet with easy access to main roads. Nearby places of interest to visit include Belton House.
