This was a wonderful and comfortable place. Lynette was helpful and extremely responsive. I would recommend this place to anyone needing a location with easy parking, comfortable furniture, or plenty of space. Lynette even had an amazing coffee spread, beans and ground, multiple methods to brew, quality stuff! Thank you again!

Margerita and Monique's place was exactly what we needed! In a calm and beautiful location, clean, beautifully furnished, private, and had the most comfortable bed! It was a short walk to the train and easy to get around! There was plenty of parking available! We will definitely reserve again when we visit Chicago in the future. Great place! We have been in TX for 15 years and coming to this place was like coming home - traditional Chicago. The extras were appreciated - water bottles, blow dryer, and even a straightening iron. Great pillows, soft beds, fantastic water pressure, yummy coffee, and just a short walk to great restaurants. They are also conveniently located to the airport, the beach, and downtown! We’d stay here again! Thank you Andy & Maral!

Tracy's home is clean, comfortable, and feels like a great home to return to when you are visiting Evanston. we didn't get a chance to cook in their fabulous kitchen, but I plan to next time!!

Great place, close to lots of food options. We stayed to be close to Loyola and it worked out perfect even to explore the city. Great space, kids made themselves at home, and it was cozy on the cold evenings. Gary was super friendly upon arrival and departure. Had a moment to chat before we left. We hope to be back in the fall.

Craig was very responsive both before our booking and upon our arrival. The place was beautiful and spotless; it looked and felt like a hotel but was also very homey. We enjoyed the lovely place and the town and the convenience of getting to local areas and going to Chicago. The house came with nice supplies in the bathrooms and nice quality linens, kitchen cookware, etc. The ping pong table was a nice addition. Definitely will stay again.

Nos gusto mucho quedarnos en la casa de James, muy comoda y espaciosa. Las camas son comodas, buenas almohadas, y sabanas y tuvimos toallas extra. James nos dejo suficiente articulos de aseo y papel higienico. Tiene una buena cocina y un equipamiento basico y fue maravilloso contar con agua filtrada. Todos los electrodomesticos fincionaron muy bien. Mi unica observacion seria que en los cuartos del sotano y del atico la luz entra temprano. Gracias James!

Had a most enjoyable experience, great accommodation and as they say “location, location, location”—easy walk to restaurants, stores, the L, the beach, all within a few blocks. Truly wonderful host as well.

We were in town for our daughter’s graduation from Loyola and had our other 3 adult children in tow. All 6 of us stayed, and it was a bright, comfortable place to hang out, cook meals and enjoy time together. Very quiet at night. Perfect for us!

Much of this home was fairly recently updated, it was nicely done. Beds were comfortable, bathrooms were very good, Roku TV was easy to use. Neighborhood was peaceful and close to O'Hare. Only one word of caution...the bedrooms were quite small. The bed took up most of the space in each bedroom, we were not there long enough to unpack, so the suitcases had to go in the dining room because there was not enough room in the bedrooms. But other than that, everything was great and we would highly recommend this home.

The renovated classic Chicago greystone is spectacular. This is an amazing update of an architectural gem. The space has all modern amenities but the character and charm are thoroughly maintained. The spaces are spotless. Rogers Park is a wonderful lakeside neighborhood and is a melting pot of ethnicities and cultures. There are great restaurants within walking distance as well as close by in Evanston, Andersonville, etc. The Metra and the El are an easy walk. Lillian was so accommodating and proactive. We loved this stay and will be back.

When we were first looking for a place to stay, none of the available AirB&Bs looked great. A week later, we looked again, and suddenly Julia's place popped up. It was so much better looking, and with a fairer price, than any others I could find in the list. A two-bedroom that is a *real* two-bedroom, for the price that others were charging for a pull-out bed in the living room. It was just as beautiful in-person. We felt immediately at-home and comfortable. I'm someone who has insomnia, especially while traveling, but there, I had no problem sleeping somehow. Also, it truly is a short walk to the Blue Line, or even a just few steps from the 77 bus route, which goes to the Blue Line, or all the way right into downtown Chicago.

Great location and property!

Great location, and easy access to all main streets. The neighborhood is quiet, and very safe. The people in the neighborhood were very welcoming. The condo was nice, very spacious and a great value for the cost.

The condo is in a quiet and attractive neighborhood and the hosts answered my few questions promptly. The place was very clean and although the bedrooms were small, it was nice that each of us (nana and two teens) could have their own space.

The time spent here was wonderful. This place has everything you need to feel at home away from home. Everything was clean and comfortable. The area was also really nice with tons of food and drinks within walking distance. The blue line is a short walk away and the busses run on the corner. I would definitely stay here again when coming back to Chicago.

Planned a weekend trip with our daughters and their partners to Chicago. Loved this location being outside of the city but very conveniently located to public transit. The house itself was beautiful and comfortable, with plenty of room for 6 adults. A perk was the driveway parking space for our car. Would definitely recommend to others and stay again when visiting Chicago!

This is a WONDERFUL one bedroom apartment that is both private and spacious! The owner/host has the space fabulously decorated with an eclectic mix of original contemporary artwork and antiques. Nothing is generic about the space and it has been outfitted for guests with loving care. The host, Kaye, clearly puts much trust in her guests with her charming decor and furnishings. The amount of space, the privacy and the home-y feel make it a place we'd love to return to.
