Skipperhuset

🏡 Skipperhuset is the oldest house on our family farm Birkenes, which is located in Farsund municipality. The Skipper's House was built in the 19th century and has been rehabilitated several times, most recently in the spring of 2021. In collaboration with a local painting company, we work to make the house as authentic as possible, including by wallpapering the living room, kitchen, and hallway with skipper's house wallpaper and linseed oil paint to preserve wood, etc. Skipperhuset has a natural place on the farm and is located wall to wall with the brewery, which has a renovated bakery oven.

Lyngdal beachfront home

Home with own shoreline and large outdoor area. Good sun conditions during summer with sun from early morning to about 8pm in summer With the possibility of renting a boat in a boathouse in the garden (20 feet and 60 horsepower trailer) with access to a table, kayak and paddle board. Perfect for summer activities. At the boathouse, there is a jetty with a bathing ladder. The house have 2 bedrooms. Double bed in one and double bed with bunk in the other. The accommodation is located 4 km from the city centre of Lyngdal. 3 km from Sørlandsbadet. 8 km from Handelsparken.

Rural Southern House - Cabin

Restored older southern house with lots of charm! The house is located by itself in scenic surroundings, with direct access to several popular hiking trails. Access to private gapahuk a little walk away. At the same time, it is only 2 km to Lyngdal city center, the stadium, Sørlandsbadet and the beach at Rosfjord. It is best suited for 5, but the possibility of an additional mattress. Contains: 1st floor - living room, dining room, kitchen with gravel, bathroom with shower, entryway and laundry room. 2nd floor - 2 bedroom and hallway/loft.

We rent out our funky house in Viga, in Spind. The house was built in 2018, and has a high standard. On the ground floor there is a hallway, laundry room, TV lounge with sofa bed, bathroom, and three bedrooms all furnished with 2 single beds. On the second floor there is a large kitchen, living room, dining table, TV area, bedroom with double bed, and large bathroom connected to this bedroom. Outside there is a difficult terrace with a lot of living space, various seating groups, jacuzzi and fire pit, and nice views!

Apartment with amazing views

Welcome to our brand new apartment, completed in May 2025, with a great location and fantastic views of Rosfjord! This nice apartment is close to everything Lyngdal has to offer. The apartment is 34 m2 and has a lovely terrace of 13 m2. Inside you will find a comfortable bedroom, a modern bathroom and an open living room/kitchen solution that is perfect for both relaxation and cooking. Possibility of renting bed linen and towels. Guests can wash up after themselves, otherwise a cleaning fee will be charged

Sør-Norge - Finsland - In the middle of Everywhere

Hel leilighet i 2. etasje. Stor stue med kjøkkenkrok, romslig bad og soverom med dobbeltseng. Stille og naturskjønt. Et godt utgangspunkt for å oppleve Sørlandet med kun ca. 45 min. kjøretur til Kristiansand, Mandal og Evje. Dette er stedet å mellomlande, men også stedet å feriere! Under 1 times kjøring til Dyreparken. 15 minutter til Mandalselva kjent for sitt laksefiske. Mange andre flotte reisemål i nærområdet. Idyllic seaside cabin with a stunning view!

Welcome to sunny and idyllic "Knatten" An undisturbedly located architect-designed cabin by the sea with lovely views of the Egelandsfjord with great fishing and swimming opportunities. The cabin is fully furnished and contains most of what you may need to have a wonderful stay incl. a Weber gas grill on the sunny terrace. 2 bedroom total sleeps 7 people+ (possibility of extra mattresses). Cozy annex with bedroom and master bedroom with double bed and loft bed in the cabin.

Cozy basement apartment in rural surroundings in Lyngdal, easily accessible from the E39 and only 100 meters from the bus stop. Just a few minutes walk to the swimming area and great hiking opportunities just outside the door. The apartment consists of living room, kitchen, bathroom, TV, a bedroom with a double bed and a sofa bed that provides 2 extra sleeping places. The apartment is equipped with dishwasher and washing machine. As well as own parking.

Koie/small cabin in Lyngdal

Escape from the hectic everyday life and stay under the stars. A unique small one-bedroom cabin with room for 3 people. Simple kitchen with all the equipment to be able to cook food. Chef top connected to gas. Access to water in water cans. The outdoor space is approximately 15 meters from the cabin. You just have to use wood during your stay. Tenants will get directions to the cabin. It is a 10 minute walk from the parking lot to the cottage.
