Enjoy the life inside the village in a center traditional location. 5 minutes walking from the port with an easy accses streets without stairs. the house is 42 square meter with a private yard on a traditional quite street without cars and on the other side has a balcony with a view to the village. close to the house there a public parking (70 metres available ), nice local shops and resturants. the house is simple, comfort and has a lot of light to enjoy your holiday in the island.

Το σπίτι (85τ.μ.) βρίσκεται στο χωριό Νεο Κλήμα ('Ελιος), 18 χιλ. από τη χώρα της Σκοπέλου και 80 μέτρα από την πλαζ όπου μπορείτε να κολυμπάτε. Στην ήσυχη γειτονία μας και σε απόσταση περίπου 60 μέτρων υπάρχει mini market, ταβέρνες, στάση λεωφορείου και στα 30 μετρα παιδίατρος. Στο χωριό μας υπάρχει επίσης ΑΤΜ της Εθνικής και φαρμακείο.
