Pet-friendly holiday rentals in Skopelos

Everything about the house was absolutely fabulous during our stay. During booking, the host was super responsive. Up until the minute we got there, the host was sending us recommendations, stuff to do and so much more. She was very helpful and kind with everything. I would 100% stay here again on my travels to Greece.

Benny was great at getting in touch and helping with questions before we traveled. On arrival, Benny had told us we would be met at the airport and given guidance on how to get to the property which all went smoothly. The property was in an amazing location, and was generally clean and tidy, with everything working. The property is fairly basic and functional , but we didn’t mind that. Some updates of beach chairs, and a few other tweaks wouldn’t go amiss. Benny’s advice about car hire and restaurants was extremely helpful. Both he and Mike were in touch during our stay to offer help if it was needed. On checking out, we couldn’t locate the bin area so didn’t quite know where to leave the rubbish. We would definitely consider coming back as overall, the balance of location, spec of the property and the price were spot on for our family holiday in late May. I just spent an unforgettable week in this stunning house in Skopelos Town. Every morning, I woke up to breathtaking views of the sea, the soothing sound of birdsong, and the incredible light and energy that make this island so magical. The house itself is absolutely perfect — like something out of a fairytale. It’s beautifully designed, thoughtfully equipped, and has everything you could possibly need for a comfortable and memorable stay. Bar and her partner are truly exceptional hosts — warm, kind, and incredibly helpful. They went above and beyond by picking us up from the port when we arrived and dropping us off when we left, making our trip seamless and stress-free. If you’re looking for the perfect Airbnb experience in Skopelos, look no further. This place is a dream — I can’t recommend it highly enough!

A charming and cozy apartment that feels like the kind of romantic escape you’d describe in a novel. It has everything you need for a perfect and intimate stay. Kiriaki, the host, is responsive, helpful, and kind. We’ll definitely return on our next trip to Skiathos. Highly recommended!

The house was in a very central part of the country and very close to some of the best restaurants in the area. The country in general is uphill but due to the proximity to a public free parking lot, we had no trouble carrying our luggage from the car. Very comfortable space that can easily accommodate up to 5 people. The house was spotless and big. We'll go for it in the future!

This is our second stay at this accommodation and we will try to book it again for next year as soon as we know the dates. There was a problem with the electrical supply (from outside of the property itself). We contacted the host and the problem was solved in remarkably quick time (involving several workers, a cherry picker, all replacing overhead cables). The hosts father kept us informed and made sure we were Okay. Such nice, friendly, helpful people who go over and above what is reasonably expected! Thank you!

We had an amazing vacation spent at this house! We got exactly what we wanted. It's far from busy streets so we had our privacy. The kitchen had everything we needed, nice hot shower, and a terrace that was the highlight. We didn't even go to restaurants for dinner because we had our bbq, there is a store nearby that sells fresh seafood. The house was very clean. There were chickens hanging out during the day which was very cute. And also you get cats visitors which we appreciated. In overall we highly recommend the house and we would totally come back. Be careful with the door, if you close it, you can't open it from outside and we got locked out twice. We were too relaxed to be careful :D We were recommended to visit Elia beach which is on the North. Those beaches are less commercial I would say. But we preferred the nearest beach more which was Agistros. It's smaller and well organized.

Simpe, peaceful and nice, surrounded with the picturesque nature. Near to the pinus forest and cliffs as a starting point for hiking or just going to the beaches.

Absolutely beautiful! We would happily come back in a heartbeat. Such a beautiful view of the ocean from the upstairs bedrooms, lots of space, awesome pool in the backyard. Anthula was responsive and kind host. We wish we could have stayed longer. Really the only thing we didnt like was sometimes the wasps and horseflies bothered us outside on the patio, but usually only if we ate outside with no wind to blow them away. But nonetheless, we enjoyed the pool thoroughly and the sunshine and the beaches nearby. Waking up in that villa every morning was like a good dream we'll never forget.

If you’re looking for a modern, straight lined apartment or villa, this is possibly not for you. However if you’re looking for a Skopelos rural retreat that’s maybe a bit quirky this is it. Dimitris kindly picked us up from the ferry port, recommended a great car hire company and booked a taxi for our return to the ferry port. We met Elena briefly, she said if we need anything she was happy to help but she left us to get on with our holiday. Elena also left us a gift of homemade marmalade and jam by the front door. The cottage is a 10 -15 min walk to the town but feels very secluded set well off the main road, surrounded by olive trees and beautiful shrubbery. The dogs and cats came and said hello but not a nuisance and you soon get used to the cockerel. We sat by the back door or by the pool in the evenings in lovely calm peaceful surroundings. The air conditioning was excellent but personally I would say the bathroom needs an upgrade, although it was all fully functioning and clean

One of the most beautiful places I have ever stayed at! The view was absolutely gorgeous ! The home and flowers beautiful ! The host were amazing ! Meeting us at the port was so helpful! And Grandpa getting us eggs so kind and thoughtful ! Would definitely recommend and we will go back to stay again!

Shane’s place has got to be one of the most beautiful spots on the island! We enjoyed every aspect of it, our one regret is not spending MORE time there.

We spent a week at Sofia's place while visiting Skopelos and the villa had everything we wanted. It was accessible by foot, so we didn't need to hire a car, and was well-appointed with everything we needed for a relaxing stay. The garden, pool and terrace were great features, and the property was as-described and clean throughout. Sofia was very communicative and provided very clear instructions, even providing a lift from the port to the property on our arrival. The villa is private, and not overlooked, with the quay only a 15-20 minute walk away through beautiful winding streets. I would recommend this property to others in future.

The location was perfect. Close enough to town to walk to the restaurants in the evening. However, we found it useful to hire a small car for the food / water shopping and for the kids when hot and tired. The location was so quiet and peaceful and the view was stunning. We were a short drive from some beautiful beaches. We really enjoyed our holiday. Would definitely go back!

Thanks to Eleni we had a great week at the cottage. Lovely place and location. You have to appreciate being away from the main spots within 15-20 minutes by foot. We did so. Supermarket max. 10 minutes walking. It is so peaceful in the olive grove to sit and you have a very private big area there. The interior of the house ist tasteful and we felt home. Everything is like on the photos. Thanks to the friendly communication with Eleni we felt welcome. Efcharisto poli Eleni, we would love to come back.

Lovely clean place with a nice courtyard. Good location on the flat and just a short walk to the harbour. There is a supermarket and very good bakery just a couple of minutes away and some nice places to eat very close by where you get a nice gentle sea breeze. The wifi was decent so I could "work from home" either in the courtyard under the umbrella or inside.

The house is located on the hills, quiet, and only a few minutes from the beaches (by car). It benefits from a beautiful garden planted with multiple fruit trees (lemon trees, plum, pear trees, pans, fig trees, etc.). The house is well-equipped and above all extremely clean. For the first time in years on Airbnb, the owner did the cleaning every three days and at no extra cost. The host was incredibly kind to us, he gave us fruit, water, pastries when we arrived and during our stay. If a place reflects the concept of Greek hosting, it's here. Thanks for everything!

Thank you for making us so welcome we had a wonderful stay. Appreciated the fresh eggs and tomatoes from your garden and the smiles from Eleni. Everything was perfect we would have loved to stay longer ! Your Villa is a very special sanctuary far enough from town for total privacy but just a short drive for suppers in town. We can highly recommend to all your future guests who are fortunate enough to find you.

Beautiful house in a beautiful location

Never having been to Greece, I appreciated Dora proactively reaching out to assist with getting us settled. She reserved a rental car for us and even had someone meet us at the ferry to drive us to the rental agency and then take us to the villa. The villa has a gorgeous view. Dora was very responsive and proactive in her communication. The only disappointment we encountered was a large swarm of bees who took over the pool and made it difficult for us to swim and hang out outside. They came the next day to set bee traps, but only one fly trap was set, and it was ineffective with resolving the bee problem. There were also ants in the villa, but we managed that by spraying and cleaning them up every day. I would definitely recommend it if you are looking for a beautiful getaway in the mountains..

The house is a great location. A few kilometers from the port, in a very quiet and sheltered area. In the evening you can only hear cicadas. The house is a little short of dish soap and things to cook, but everything is paid for by Lia's kindness and the large balcony overlooking the sea overlooking Alonissos. There is also a beautiful and comfortable beach right below the apartment. Around there are tavernas and bars that you can eat very well with little. Very kind host, helpful and very responsive in their responses.

We had a great stay at Utopia Eco Retreat! The villa was exactly has described and a great location for a stay in Skiathos. Dimitris our host was very helpful in giving us local recommendations and information on how to get places, without him we would have had no idea. Overall a great stay and has made us definitely want to return to Skiathos in the future!
