It is within a 5 minute walk to the tavernas and shops, found along the harbour area, where you can take a relaxing evening promenade before having a traditional Greek meal at one of the many Tavernas. There are wonderful views from the balcony on the top floor encompassing the harbour, Skopelos Town with pine tree hills.

The old style open kitchen under the pergola, houses a fully equipped kitchen with all the modern facilities. Beachfront studio in Loutraki with one bedroom( 35 sq.m.) There is a large dining table and chairs on the terrace outside, and a large pergola providing shade for out-door dining. All windows and doors have fixed insect-screens. The road outside is a cul-de-sac and leads only to the footpath to the beach, so it is very peaceful with no passing traffic. Fully serviced with cleaning and linen change every 4 days. Beach towels are provided.
