No party prices Bicycle distance to the city center and 200 meters to the beach. Bicycles are available to borrow. Guests bring their own bed linens and towels. If you forget, you can rent them for SEK 150/2 sets. 2 toilet rolls are included. Here you live next to Falkenberg's beach with a fantastic spa and restaurants, and only 80 meters to the beach. Fresh and cozy apartment in a house of 60 sqm open to the ridge. Open plan with small kitchen and dining area, large living room area with fireplace, sleeping loft, toilet and shower. There is an extra bed, washing machine with dryer, flat-screen TV with Apple TV, and audio PRO speakers. The apartment has A/C. Patio with barbecue grill. Final cleaning is not included, but can be booked. Bring towels and bed sheets.

Lilla Stensgård

About 8 km from Falkenberg's center and 500 meters to the beach, the cottage is beautifully situated in a quiet rural environment. As a guest, you live separately from the family's/landlord's home with your own entrance where you have access to part of a large garden and orangery with patio. In Skreanäs, you have 5-10 minutes to several lovely sandy beaches, including Skrea beach and Ringsegård beach, where you can drive all the way down to the shore by car. You have several lovely walking trails in the woods or beautiful nature and close to shopping, golf, restaurants and nightlife. The house is located with the front door straight out to a very nice playground with a barbecue area. Welcome!

Quiet and peaceful accommodation with Suseån as the plot border. There is a balcony, large terrace, private jetty and barbecue area. The house is newly renovated and has three bedrooms. NEW 2025! Two single beds where before there was only one single bed in the upstairs bedroom. NEW 2024! Two Standup paddleboards! NEW 2023! We now have three canoes available for rent! Bicycles are included and there are various walking trails nearby. It is about 3.5 km from the sea and 9 km to Falkenberg city center.

The cottage has a well-equipped kitchen with dining area, bathroom with shower and washing machine. Bedroom and sleeping loft with sleeping accommodations for 4 people. Double bed on the lower floor (140 cm wide), double bed on the sleeping loft (2x90 cm wide, separable).
