Cleaning is done by the tenant, otherwise a cleaning fee of 500 SEK will be charged. The whole house is for the guests and they are warmly welcome to use the garden with outdoor furniture, swing, children's kitchen and trampoline.

Vandra längs med Kalmarsundsleden och känn den småländska historien mellan stenmurar, hav och odlingslandskap. Soffa/dagbädd som dras ut till en dubbelsäng samt en loftsäng med stege. Relax with family or good friends. House in Timmernabben, 50 meters from Kalmarsund. We have nine beds plus a sofa bed. At the dock, there is a rowboat. With it, you can row out to one of the islets. Smoked fish is a part of summer. Nabben's smokehouse is nicely located by the marina. Timmernabben is a cozy place that is located right between Kalmar and Oskarshamn. In other words, we can offer both silence and activities close to other people.

100 year old school close to Borgholm, Öland

The old school located in a cosy small village with farms and old nice houses. It's great for families and larger groups. It’s centrally placed on the island which is nice when doing day trips around Öland. Big kitchen and social spaces. All rooms have beautiful big windows with amazing light and 3.7m in ceiling height. The school is very child friendly with a playhouse, trampoline, swings, toys and more.

Summer paradise by the sea with a private beach & jetty!

Welcome to our fantastic place with two cottages, patios in all directions, private beach and jetty at beautiful Norra Dragsviken in Kalmarsund! In summer, we rent out weekly to up to 12 people, but of course, you can also rent here as a couple or smaller family.
