Apartment on the 1st floor. 2nd floor inhabited and given the nature of the building it is not mouse quiet.

Stylish "boutique" apartment where you can enjoy a wonderful stay in Maastricht. The spacious kitchen and living room provide a lot of livability. There are two bedrooms, both with a double bed. In addition, there are two bathrooms with shower. The apartment is very conveniently located in relation to the MECC (5 minutes/car), Maastricht University (5 minutes), and the old town of Maastricht is within walking distance. Parking is available in front of the door for a fee (8.10 p.d.)

Located at the crossroads between: Aachen(Aachen), Maastricht, Liège. Interest: walking, cycling, craft brewery, mining site, Val Dieu abbey, American cemetery, Valkenburg and Montjoie (Monschau) are worth a visit. Essentials provided, bed linen not (extra charge).

At studio Tweij & Vitsig, you will stay in a part of a very characteristic mansion. You have a private entrance that can be reached via 3 stairs. Through the hall, you walk into the studio. The studio has high walls of 3.40 meters, which is characteristic of this property. In the summer, it stays nice and cool. The studio is finished with high-quality materials. From the terrace, you have a view over the vast meadows and the trench.

Surrounded by meadows, this apartment is very rural along the Mergelland route and a short distance from Maastricht and Valkenburg. Both from the living room and the bedroom one has a beautiful view over the hilly landscape. Maastricht city centre, MUMC+, Maastricht University and the Mecc can be reached from this location by public transport via a direct connection. An excellent place for both a relaxing and business stay!

Let yourself be enchanted by Monschau. You will sleep and live in a cloth maker's house in the heart of Monschau that is over three hundred years old. The Rur flows right behind our house. Apartment Lis is located in a beautiful hilly landscape. Where the town hall used to be, there is now a 2-person canopy bed for a good night's sleep. You'll love my place because of the beautiful views of the castle and the meadows. But you can also reach Maastricht, Liege, Spa or Aachen in half an hour.
