Holiday rentals with beach access in Slivnica

We loved our stay at Ivana’s place. A very clean, spacious apartment with a balcony overlooking the sea and a private beach! A short drive to great restaurants and Paklenecia NP! Ivana was a great host, very kind and communicative. Highly recommend.

I had a great time at KRUNO’s place , from start to finish, the approach to the apartment was quiet and so easy to get to everything , restaurants and shops etc . Definitely needed the air con as it was getting really hot . Comfortable bed, spacious bathroom , nice toiletries which saved me bringing my own, the fridge was an extra bonus . Kruno, was great with sorting a taxi to and from the airport for me and lots of recommendations. My favourite place was Kavana palace restaurant for brunch. I had a great day visiting Plitvice lakes (recommend going in the afternoon when quieter) it was breathtaking, unfortunately my second trip with wine tasting was cancelled. Also if you have a later flight look up radical storage, lots of places to store your cases for €5 I recommend KRUNO’s apartment for anyone coming to Zadar , the sea organ was 2 min walk and if you are an early riser, sitting on the steps there was so peaceful, it gets very busy at sunset .

The view from the appartment is priceless! We were there in pre-season so there were no other people in the buildings around us. Everything you need is available.

Die Unterkunft wird von einer sehr netten Familie geführt und befindet sich auf einem Bergrücken mit traumhaftem Ausblick auf Novigrad, auf das Meer und die dahinterliegenden Berge. Der Pool ist beheizt und hat eine sehr schöne, schattenspendende Terasse mit wunderschönem Ausblick. In der Unterkunft hat es an nichts gefehlt. Es gibt einen schönen kleinen Balkon, die Küche ist sehr gut ausgestattet und eine Klimaanlage sowie Fenster-/Türläden bieten die Möglichkeit die Räumlichkeiten bei warmem Wetter zu lüften bzw. herunterzukühlen. Das Fahrzeug kann ideal im Innenhof geparkt werden. Eine Dusche am Pool ermöglicht, dass man sich vor/nach dem Baden abwaschen kann. Ein Poolhaus ermöglicht es, sich vor Ort etwas zu kochen oder Getränke zu kühlen. Novigrad, Zadar und der Zrmanja Canyon sind sehr gut zu erreichen, genauso wie einige Supermärkte rund um die See. Es ist ein unvergesslicher Aufenthalt! Danke an die sehr freundlichen Eigentümer - Wir kommen zurück!

Logement superbe à proximité de l’eau (accessible via petit sentier et escalier depuis la terrasse). L’appartement est récent et le propriétaire aménage les 2 appartements du dessus. De plus, Ive nous a gentiment prêté 3 vélos. Il y a un très bon restaurant dans le village “Antonio” où les plats de poisson et de viande sont excellents. Pour les visites, situation centrale à 30 minutes de Zadar, 1h20 de Plivitce, 20 minutes de Paklenika, 1h30 de Split… Nous avons passé un excellent séjour et sommes prêts à y revenir?

The apartment is located in a nice, quiet area, close to beaches and a couple of restaurants & bars (& a beautiful view of the sunset!) Josipa was really friendly & helpful and told us about the local area, how to get around, and gave us restaurant recommendations which were really great. The studio apartment was perfect - has a good size fridge & freezer, and very good air conditioning. There are ‘nextbikes’ (approach & use hire bikes) a 5 minute walk from the apartment which we used to cycle to get to the old town, around the coast line. It took about 15 minutes (cost of bike is .66c per 30 mins) , and was very easy & scenic cycle! This was our first time in Croatia, and we would definitely stay here again! Thank you Josipa!

Dieses wundervolle AirBnB kann man nur empfehlen - man möchte den Balkon nicht mehr verlassen - so schön ist die Aussicht und so beruhigend die Klänge der Meeresorgel. Alles ist 1a von der Ausstattung bis zur Kommunikation. Jederzeit wieder!

Wir haben eine wunderschöne Woche bei Antonija verbracht. Sie ist eine supernette, hilfsbereite Gastgeberin, die jederzeit erreichbar war und uns sehr gute Tipps gegeben hat. Die Wohnung ist sehr gemütlich, sauber und ist sehr gut ausgestattet. Wir haben uns auf Anhieb wohl gefühlt. Von der Terrasse hat man einen wunderschönen Blick auf das Wasser. Sukosan ist ein charmantes Dorf mit schöner Promenade und tollen Cafés, Bars und Restaurants, die Geschäfte sind fußläufig erreichbar. Die Lage des Ortes ist perfekt für Ausflüge zu den Nationalparks, Zadar, Sibenik und Nin. Check-in/-out und Kommunikation waren reibungslos. Danke für die Gastfreundschaft und den schönen Aufenthalt! Wir kommen gerne wieder und können die Wohnung uneingeschränkt weiterempfehlen. Liebe Grüße an Antonija und Familie.

Danijela was the best host we could ask for, she provided everything and more (big hvala again for the welcome drinks and the pancakes!!!), there were sampoo, sunscreen, shower gel, and more in the bathroom The place itself was clean, has great location, close to the beach (3 mins), and the old town (~20 mins by foot), the outdoor space and the kitchen is convenient, and a big big plus: the AC!!

Marijana ist eine herzliche und sympathische Gastgeberin. Die Unterkunft war sehr sauber, die Lage einfach traumhaft! Vom schönen Balkon direkte Meersicht, zu Fuss ist das Meer in 3 Minuten erreicht. Sehr ruhige Lage!

Very nice, comfortable Dalmatian stone house in beautiful nature of Paklenica National Park. The owner Marijana is friendly and kind host. She provide us with recommendation and useful information. The house and surroundings was clean. Full equipment. Perfect for us and our 3 shibas. 🐕🐕🐕We loved it.

Die Lage der Unterkunft ist klasse! Direkt am Meer. Das Haus ist für die Größe optimal und geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Die Terrasse ist super. Für Strandliebhaber perfekt. Tiziano war immer erreichbar. Klare Empfehlung.

I stayed for a week with my family. Husbands and two sons age 13 and 9. We were warmly welcomed by the hosts. My children particularly enjoyed the garden activities. The football, volleyball/badminton, darts, table tennis and of course the lovely big pool. We enjoyed walking down the lane behind the house to look for snakes, lizards and wild tortoises. The house was absolutely spotless when we arrived and had everything we needed for our stay. We enjoyed cooking on the outside grill and watching the swallows in the evening. We found the house was well situated for visiting local beaches, Nin, Zadar, Zrmanja River canyon and the national parks. Thank you so much for a lovely holiday.

Wir waren mit einer Gruppe von 10 Personen vor Ort. Es hat alles super geklappt und die Besitzer sind sehr nett.

Had an incredible stay in Peter and Slavica’s beautiful apartment. It was spotless, modern, and an incredible view from the balcony. We were able to walk to the old town in 25 mins (or 5min taxi approx 6€) and ample beaches in walking distance. Also only 20mins drive from airport which was a bonus. The hosts were so helpful and gave us lots of amazing recommendations for restaurants which were delicious, and supermarket/bakery close by. Zadar itself is a beautiful place and can’t wait to return. Thank you again ! ☀️🌸

Wir haben uns in der Wohnung sofort wohl gefühlt. Es ist alles da was man braucht. Pavle hat immer sofort reagiert, wenn wir Fragen hatten. Diese Insel ist sehr schön, viele Strände, alle sehr leer. Wir würden wiederkommen.

We hebben een heel fijn verblijf gehad. Andro reageerde snel en vriendelijk en de ruimte was precies zoals beschreven. Het dakterras was een leuke extra! Zeker aan te raden ☺️

Sehr schönes, modernes Apartment. Sehr gute Ausstattung. Es ist alles vorhanden und es fehlt an nichts. Tolle Lage, mit direktem Zugang zum Meer. Das Apartment liegt in einer Apartment Anlage. Wir hatten Glück und waren die meiste Zeit alleine in der Bucht. Vielleicht hatten wir nur Pech, doch oberhalb der Bucht verläuft eine Straße auf der während unseres Aufenthalts tagsüber sehr viele Motorrad Fahrer unterwegs waren. Abends und in den frühen Morgen Stunden war es sehr ruhig. Wir haben die Zeit bei Christian sehr genossen.

Highly recommend! Friendly, competent host. Great location - close to a beach, bakery, bus stop. Two markets within walkable distance. Terrific balcony, spectacular view of channel and sunset.

The apartment is just like in the photos, spacious, clean and has rich amenities. The sea is really very close, 1-minute walk. Within 3 minutes the shores have shallow water with sand beneath that make it a great fit for families with small children. I would come back anytime to the apartment and the surroundings too. Our host was also very kind and responsive, she made sure that we can occupy the apartment as soon as possible - in fact we could get the keys 4.5 hours before the previously settled time.

Vriendelijke gastvrouw, aanrader. Goede uitvalsbasis voor de watervalparken, Zadar e.d. Fijne zwemplek bij het appartement, met ligbedjes en schaduw. Handige materialen zoals zout, suiker, toiletpapier, schoonmaakmiddelen, thee, bier, super!

This place was perfect. Check in and directions were easy. Cornelius was there to check us in. His wife Dina owns the coffee shop below and made the best Latte I have ever had. Every morning we would go down and get 2 Lattes and 2 freshly made croissants and take the upstairs to our place. We would sit every morning on the patio and drink our coffee and look at the beautiful view of the Adriatic Sea. It was just what we needed after a hectic trip to Venice. The fact that Cornelius answered our messages almost immediately was such a bonus. I had questions about restaurants and things to do. The bed was firm which I loved. There was also Netflix and Prime to sign on to. I cannot say enough about this place. It had everything we needed close by and it was away from the hustle. We just took the bus that stopped out from for old town and we took our rental to Plitvice and Split for day trips. We cannot thank Cornelius and Dina for making our stay perfect. We highly recommend this Airbnb.
