Parking is available outside the annex. All access and accommodation is on the same level for easy use. Set in the countryside it offers superb views, bike rides etc. The annex provides a comfortable homely experience within easy reach of local amenities.

We have a spacious ground floor suite with sea views consisting of Bedroom, Ensuite, Private Lounge and optional Hot tub. The hot tub is an additional fee of £90 regardless of length of stay. The bedroom has a King Size bed with smart TV, storage and ensuite bathroom with walk in shower. The lounge has a sofa, smart TV and fantastic sea views. Log cabin : sea views & easy access to beach/hills

Cabin with basic amenities in the garden of a pretty mid 19th century cottage on a quiet road above the old quarry village of Penmaenmawr. Outside seating areas, beautiful sea/mountain views. Shops/beach within 2 min drive/10 min walk. Access to the mountains, with the native wild Carneddau ponies, is v close by. Don't expect luxury - it's rustic (futon bed, with 'outside' toilet/sink with hot water, & outside shower of sorts). You'll be sharing the garden with my pets & me!

A beautiful Mongolian Yurt set in its own private wooded space. The Bathroom is housed in a wooden cabin just a few feet from the door and is exclusively for use of guests. Views take in the breathtaking coastline, with Snowdonia in the distance and farm land in the foreground. The yurt is equipped with a mini hob and oven, fridge, toaster and kettle. A continental breakfast is provided. There is a wood burning stove to keep you cosy at any time of year.

‘The Bothy’ B&B in the heart of the Pen Llyn

Set apart from the main residence and completely private with views over to Snowdon. Located in the heart of the Llyn Penisula and a short drive from fabulous beaches. Lots to choose from Aberdaron & Abersoch approx 6 miles and the Market town of Pwllheli is 8 miles. The Bothy is set in 4 acres on a working smallholding and gardens at the foot of Rhiw. Nestled in the little Welsh village of Bryncrug within The Snowdonia National Park and down the end of a working farm track, The Old Bakery is only minutes drive from beaches, rivers, lakes, waterfalls and of course incredible mountains. And the star gazing is magical! Attached to our family home but with your own private entrance, newly fenced decking area, garden area and covered hot tub. The Old Bakery is a very tranquil place to stay.
