Holiday rentals with breakfast in Sobro, Nashville

Our family of four had a great trip to Nashville and stay at Amanda’s place! The 3 upstairs bedrooms were large with comfy beds and the bathrooms were beautiful. The house is in a great location in the 12 South neighborhood, and we really enjoyed walking to restaurants. We recommend staying here!

I typically do not write reviews but I felt the urge to do it this time. This was an amazing experience. Alan was extremely communicative. I had no worries or concern. With flight delays we got in late and Alan made sure we had stuff available for in the morning. I cannot express enough my gratitude and appreciation for staying here. The house was incredible. If you are a music person or not, this is the place. It was extremely comfortable and easy to get down town. It is located 1.2 miles from Broadway. Even with road closures due to the Rock ‘n’ Roll marathon, we were able to get around. Thanks again for a great time. I highly recommend this place. We are booking it for next year!

Nice location in the Gulch away from Broadway traffic. As described in the reviews, there are a lot of stairs so might not be good for someone that can’t easily do stairs. Great for a group because you can find privacy with three separate floors.

This was a perfect meeting place for a long weekend at the lake. The marina was super close which was very convenient. Our family enjoyed all the games and the massage chair was a bonus! This rental is the 2nd floor of a three floor home. I was a little nervous as this was the first time our family had rented a space like this. We could barely tell it was a shared home. Host was very easy to communicate with. Overall, we had a great stay!

We liked the location. It was easy to drive downtown from Jake's house. The beds were very comfortable and there was plenty of towels and extra bedding. There were lots of brochures for places to visit. We would recommend staying here if you want a quiet, private getaway that is a short drive to downtown.

The townhouse was in a great location to go downtown and to visit my family. The townhouse was warm, friendly and welcoming. The extra little treats that Cindy left were wonderful.

My fiancé and I really enjoyed our stay, lovely neighborhood and I felt right at home! Will be coming back ☺️

I wanted a quiet place to sleep away from the city life while I visited Nashville, and Charlotte’s Airbnb fit that perfectly! She was very friendly and open to communication as needed. The place was spotless and felt like home. She even included a map of Nashville with different activities to do, which was very helpful during our stay. I definitely want to come back the next time I visit the area!

This place is nice, new, clean & comfortable! It is an apartment in a large complex. The bed was comfortable. Sapphire left nice snacks & a variety of k-cups. We had difficulty opening lock box to get in place. Another issue we tried to go to pool & were told the owner had to accompany us! That was a disappointment as it was hot with rain predicted later & that was going to be our entertainment for the day! Overall it was a good stay!

Very clean. Extremely comfortable beds! Such a cute & Nice airb&b. Loved the blackout shades. Host was always responsive. Walking distance to broadway. My only complaint is the Water pressure was weak.

Brian's Airbnb exceeded our expectations, quiet, private, and a very nice apartment. If available, we will book his place on our next visit. We also had the pleasure of meeting Brian, he is wonderful host!

Paula's place was exactly as described, absolutely beautiful, clean, and has all the little extras. Extremely responsive and very helpful, we go down once a year and will absolutely look to stay here again!

The hosts were super kind and accommodating as a healthcare worker and needing flexibility either extending my stay. Great location, clean unit with all your basic amenities available and responsiveness by host if any issues arise. Would recommend being hosted by Laquvia & Robert.

We had an amazing stay. The house brings you back in time. It was incredibly clean and the property is beautiful. The host, Linda, was available at all times to answer our questions and made sure we had everything we needed. The only thing we had to complain about, which is not Linda’s fault in any way, was the fact that the neighbor has multiple dogs that bark so much. It took away from the enjoyment of the backyard. Regardless, we were able to enjoy our stay and would definitely stay here again. We highly recommend this home to anyone looking for a unique and beautiful Nashville stay.

I had an amazing experience staying at Lois’s place! The home was exactly as described—clean, comfortable, and well-equipped with everything I needed. Lois was incredibly welcoming and responsive, always available to answer any questions and offer great local tips. The check-in process was smooth and hassle-free, and I truly felt at home during my stay. I highly recommend this place to anyone visiting the area and would absolutely stay here again. I have stayed at Starstruck Farms several times now, and will probably continue to do so due to how easy it is, inexpensive, pet friendly, and close to my family's homes. That being said, as someone who has stayed there before, here is a tip: bring your own blankets. They do give you a few, but they are very thin-- especially if you are staying in an Aframe. But I have still found this to be relevant in the barn. Otherwise, it's a perfect glamping stay with pets and very convenient to various places to visit.

Sally was a fantastic host! The room was clean and the exactly like the pictures described. Joe was also very helpful giving us recommendations for places to check out in Nashville and was kind enough to make us breakfast in the mornings.

Lori and her partner Luis were incredibly accommodating and kind during my stay with them. They have a lovely dog who I only met because I asked to meet her, otherwise you wouldn't know she's there. If you do meet her, she's a real treat. The space is beautiful and clean and Lori and Luis were very helpful when I checked in late and (accidentally) ordered dinner to arrive 15 minutes before I arrived home one night. I parked my car in their driveway with ease and got to downtown Nashville easily via Uber. As a solo female, it can be a little daunting to stay in a home with someone, but the vibes were immaculate from the moment I got in. The neighborhood is quiet and safe and beautiful; I highly recommend Lori and Luis (and doggy Gem) as hosts.

The space was exactly as listed. The rented space is the upstairs of the host’s residential home, but is separated from the main level so that it still feels private. Check-in was easy, and the host was quickly responsive to questions. The rooms were clean and comfortable. We were a group of 7 and had enough space to sleep comfortably. The host provided snacks, filtered water, coffee, etc as well which was a nice touch. About a 15 minute drive to the airport, which was convenient. Overall, this was a pleasant stay at a great price!

Marie’s love of hosting included sharing her home and the best of Nashville. Every minor detail was anticipated and well provided for. She had destination activity and restaurant recommendations at the ready. Wonderful breakfast provided. Really enjoyed visiting with Marie and husband Mark. Stay with Marie - you’ll be glad you did!!

We absolutely loved our time at Starstruck farm! The kids had so much to do, it was safe and enjoyable and we cannot wait to come back!
