Holiday rentals with a patio in Sobro, Nashville

We had a wonderful stay at Natalie’s place! The space was clean, comfortable, and exactly as described. Natalie is an exceptional host—super responsive, friendly, and went above and beyond to make us feel welcome. The thoughtful touches and great communication made our trip truly special. Highly recommend staying here!

We loved staying at Ryan’s place. Perfect for families. The space was extremely clean and even better in person. Not super noise at night, considering it’s Nashville. The location was great, easy to walk to Broadway, the Gulch. It was nice having your own parking space as well, allowing you to come and go as you please. We had no complaints and would love to stay there again.

Had a great visit to Nashville. This unit was in great location close to downtown. Easy walking distance. There is an abundance of rentable scooters and bikes should you decide not to walk. Very safe area and environment. Someone at front desk at all times. This place has the best workout facility we have ever come across. Great restaurants and bars near. The unit was very nice, clean and perfect for our stay. We did not have a car so can’t speak to parking but appeared to be plenty of parking. Lyft drivers were great.

The Apartment was very clean, nicely decorated and had everything you might need! Perfect size for 4 adults! We walked to everything and always felt safe! We will definitely stay here again!

Great place to stay with plenty of amenities. Place was very clean and felt at home. Broadway is a short walking distance as well as the Gulch. Only regret is not staying longer.

Comfortable for two guests, clean, up-to-date, and full stocked for guest’s needs. Complex is quiet and walkable to Broadway street and restaurants. James was very friendly and responsive to questions and with parking and check-in questions.

This was a fantastic location. Easy walk to broadway. Loved the videos for parking and check in. It would have been really difficult without those so thank you!! The beds were comfy and there was plenty of space for 5 of us. We actually drew names to decide who got the pull out couch because it was comfortable too. It was nice to have a huge walk in closet for our clothes and luggage. It was tricky with 1 bathroom for 5 girls but we figured out a good system. We liked the open family room / big kitchen and an empty pantry to keep our food. We loved our stay! It was a perfect girls trip!

Me and family We're only gonna spend 1 day in Nashville.Tennessee. We're headed to Florida for vacation but decided to stay at extra day. Because the house was so comfortable, beautiful and clean we felt right at home. I hated to leave. If you're looking for a home away from home this is the spot.

We loved this cute, little, cozy place! It was perfect for 4 of us girls! The bathroom is well stocked with numerous shampoos, conditioners and body washes. The air fryer/toaster was an awesome addition for us, so we could save some money on breakfasts and some smaller lunches. Pretty quick to downtown/broadway as well. Jeanette and Jana were very friendly and quick to respond and very willing to help us right away with a quick little fix we needed. I highly recommend this place and we would definitely stay here again!

This airbnb was fantastic - just as advertised and then some. it's the details! Well stocked kitchen, little things in the bathroom, living room, etc. Makes you feel at home. The art and decorations have an "eclectic/funky" vibe, but nothing tacky. In fact it was interesting. A family of 4 with an occasional friend fit comfortably. And the location is fantastic in the artsy East Nashville neighborhood. Giant back yard. But the best were the hosts. Jason was highly communicative, glad to offer suggestions, cleaned the unit with natural cleaners when requested (wife has allergies to fragrences), and otherwise was so attentive to our needs without feeling intrusive. 5 stars not high enough for this experience!

This was our second time staying at John's place and it was just as lovely! The place was spotless, beautifully decorated, and had all the little touches that made it feel like home (plus some extra Nashville flare). The hosts were incredibly responsive and thoughtful, they clearly care about their guests’ comfort. The location was ideal, close enough to Uber to everything we wanted to do, but peaceful and quiet at night. We especially loved the outdoor porch and spent most of our time out there. We would absolutely stay here again and recommend it to anyone looking for a top-tier Airbnb experience. Thank you for such a memorable and relaxing stay!

Lovely stay in a very comfortable house! I’m glad to share our nice experience at Home+HUGE Balcony-7 Bed. Located in a peaceful area, from which we could reach the city center in a reasonable amount of time, the house matched perfectly all our expectations. It was even bigger than it looked in the pictures; clean and well furnished, there was everything we needed to spend a long weekend in the charming city of Nashville. And the balcony was something special to spend some time chilling with the group! A special thanks to Michelle, who not only was always ready to answer to our questions, but also proactive at making suggestions to help us having an enjoyable experience in Nashville. Hope to come back soon!

Loved this place! Comfy beds and everything needed was provided. Great location, walkable to many restaurants and bars. Quick, safe walk to Broadway. Great communication and arranged for a later check out due to late flight. Thank you!

The decor was absolutely perfect!!! Everything was so organized and easy to find. It was incredibly clean! The 4 vanities made getting ready so much easier! There is also ample room in the bathroom if a couple people want to get ready near the sinks. We had 4 guests and had plenty of room. It was very quiet! We mostly used Ubers, which were very reasonable, buy did walk home from broadway 1 night. (It was a short 20 minute walk, we took our time). The area felt very safe. The building required a key pad entry. It was very clean and had a nice outside/inside social sitting area on the 5th floor. There was a vending machine in the lobby. Every photo posted represents it exactly the same!!! We didn’t need any extra assistance from the hosts because everything was perfect but, she left 2 contacts in case we needed anything. Staying there made me want to go home and organize and decorate my house! I would definitely recommend this rental!!!

Our stay was amazing! It was Super clean, well-stocked with everything we needed, and in a perfect location. It felt like a home away from home. My kids loved it so much—they’re already asking when we can go back! The host was friendly and responsive, and every detail was just right. Highly recommend everything is as pictured. The space is gorgeous! Just the right size for a quick get away and close enough to broadway to get there in a reasonable time, but not too close to hear the music/bars on a night in!

We absolutely loved this airbnb! The location is perfect with a quick walk to broadway so we didn’t need to spend any money on uber. The room itself was also so nice with so much room. We absolutely loved the patio with easy access to the courtyard and pool area! The host is also so helpful and friendly, she was a great host! We will absolutely be staying here again!
