Holiday rentals with a fireplace in Sobro, Nashville

This was a great stay for 6 adults. My siblings and our spouses. It is located on a quiet street. The parking was quite convenient in the back. The house was clean and the open concept living was perfect. The dining table/pool table was a nice feature and on the rainy days and evenings we played. The screened in porch was perfect to enjoy your morning coffee in the morning or glass of wine in the evening outdoors without dealing with bugs. The drive to Broadway was only about 10 minutes away. We highly recommend this location.

Just had a bachelor party and this house was phenomenal! The house was clean, spacious, and in a great neighborhood. Many restaurants in walking distance and a very short taxi, scooter or 20 minute walk to Broadway. The rooftop hangout area for the house was great as well! The host responded quickly if we had any questions. We had a blast and would 100% stay at this property again!

Was an amazing place. Beautiful and peaceful. Plan to stay there again when visiting our daughter at Lipscomb University.

Neal was an amazing host who took time to send me local recommendations before our stay. The place was amazing!!! My favorite part was the speakers in the ceiling. Perfect for music listening.

We had a wonderful stay this weekend! The space was beautifully furnished with great attention to detail — everything felt warm, inviting, and thoughtfully designed. The bed was incredibly comfortable — one of the best sleeps we’ve had traveling. Would definitely stay here again next time we’re in Nashville!

This was a spacious and CLEAN stay! Easy to get to, wonderful instructions provided beforehand. We only stayed one night but had a great experience. I would absolutely stay here again when back in Nashville.

Had a great stay at Paige’s place! The space was spotless, stylish, and felt very welcoming. Check-in was super easy, and communication was smooth throughout. The location was perfect—close to everything but still peaceful at night. Definitely recommend this spot for anyone looking for a comfortable and well-kept Airbnb. Would absolutely stay again!

Ron & Susan’s place was above and beyond what we expected! Their home is beautiful, comfortable & homey, and is right in the thick of everything and everywhere of Nashville! Easy access to multiple areas either via walking or uber! The assigned parking space was awesome as well. Highly recommend Ron & Susan’s home and can’t wait to return! We loved this little place. Spacious, neat as a pin, floor plan was great. Location walkable to Broadway Honkeytonks, restaurants, etc. We would stay again in a heartbeat. The bed was firmly comfortable. The decor was simple and uncluttered.

Hidden gem!! Perfect location, kind and friendly host and owner. They helped with an important delivery that was necessary during our stay. (Thank you!!!) Beautiful decor inside and out. Pictures don't do it justice. Just as described. Very comfortable bed! Loved having a full sized fridge, washer and dryer. The amenities and small details were very helpful. (We cooked many meals.) Squeaky clean!! Peaceful and safe location. Within 10 to 15 minutes drive time of all tourist spots (Broadway, Grand Ole Opry General Jackson showboat, Andrew Jackson's Hermitage, Parthenon, Country Music Hall of Fame Museum, city auditorium, Opry Mills Mall, local groceries, gas and pharmacy). A tip... If driving down to Broadway or the Country Music Hall of Fame Museum, park in the underground garage across from the symphony and next to the Hilton on South 4th Street. It's only 1.5 blocks away from Broadway, well lit, and safe. This is our top pick for an Airbnb on a return visit!!
