Holiday rentals with a patio in Soddy-Daisy

Wonderful! I had an amazing stay. The bed was one of the most comfortable beds I have ever slept on! The decor was so fun and yet so homey! I loved the area as well!The mountains are so beautiful!! The hosts were responsive, friendly and kind! Neighbor Sam was the coolest! This is an amazing value! I will absolutely return! 😊🙌

Our stay at Richard’s place was everything we hoped for and more! The location was perfect—close to everything, yet quiet and relaxing. The interior was beautifully decorated, spacious, and spotless. We especially loved the private porch and hot tub—it was the perfect spot to unwind after a day out. Richard was a fantastic host—friendly, responsive, and thoughtful. We truly enjoyed every moment and would definitely recommend this Airbnb to anyone looking for a comfortable, stylish, and peaceful getaway. We can’t wait to come back!

Very clean, super cute house. Definitely best for just a couple, but we managed to make it work with our two little kids as well. Quiet neighborhood and good location — short drive or a long-ish walk to the park and restaurants. Highly recommend!

The 2-story house is almost perfectly laid out. All sleeping quarters and one full bathroom are upstairs, and all common areas are downstairs. I think there's separate thermostats for both floors as well. Our party of 5 immediately felt at home in the spaces, and the 1 full meal we prepared in the kitchen came together quickly, using mostly provided spices and staples. The kitchen incidentally provided the BEST and SHARPEST knives I've ever seen provided in a rental! Everything was clean and the house had just the right touch of refurb without sacrificing its 100+ year old character. As I alluded to in the ratings, it is on a main ~35mph thoroughfare through the Red Bank neighborhood, but the provided inclined parking was adequate. Parents with wandering-age children should take note of the road's busy-ness and proximity (50-60ft from front porch.) It was perfect for our all-adult crowd, and we would happily return!

This home was such a great place for my family and I! There were places for us to congregate to play games and watch movies and sports as a family, but also enough space for us to have our own private time when needed. There was nothing we needed in this home that wasn't readily available. We would definitely stay here again.

We had a wonderful stay! This home was truly a restful retreat. We enjoyed the peace and quiet, and the beautiful surroundings. It served as a great home base to explore Soddy-Daisy, and was a short drive to Chattanooga where my husband participated in the Ironman. This is a fantastic place for families! I’ve stayed at many AirBnBs over the years & Kristy’s guidebook, friendly printed instructions through the home, and the well-stocked kitchen are the BEST I’ve ever experienced. The kitchen inspired me to cook, and the game room, artist’s studio & 2 living rooms provided plenty of space for my 4 & 6 year old grandsons to play. There’s an amazing outdoor park for children and good restaurants within walking distance. And North Shore restaurants & shops, grocery stores, as well as the topnotch Children’s Discovery Museum are only a 10 minute ride away. My family would happily stay here again!

Carrie was great and helpful! The townhouse was clean, very organized and neat. Very new homes and less than a 3-5 minute drive from the downtown scene and restaurants on our to do list. Traffic was always a breeze as well. There are lots of stairs, so be prepared. Yes, the trains are close and frequent. They are also easy to drown out and by mid-day on day 2, we knew what the noise was and it was much less of a bother. Plus, we were celebrating my daughter's graduation and she LOVES trains. It was a plus for her. Overall a great stay! I would book again.

This doll of a host was so gracious and gave us immediate access when we arrived at an odd time. Their home is gorgeous with just the loveliest surroundings. Make sure to take a few minutes to watch her bird feeder! Cardinals, bluebirds and finches 🥰

This is a beautiful space in a walkable area. There are many great restaurants and a grocery store just steps away. I would absolutely recommend it.

My husband and I enjoyed a long weekend at Jeremy’s place. It was very clean and had lots of linens and cleaning supplies. Location was great and very walkable to coffee shops and restaurants. A brewery next door that had amazing breakfast tacos and maybe 5 min walk to the Chatt Choo Choo. I would recommend staying here !

From the moment we walked in, we were blown away by the soaring high ceilings, the abundance of natural light, and the thoughtful, stylish design in every corner. It feels like a serene, high-end retreat—every detail has been carefully considered, and the space is not only beautiful but also pristine and immaculately clean. Penny was a wonderful host—warm, responsive, and incredibly accommodating throughout our stay. Check-in was smooth, communication was easy, and she made sure we felt comfortable and well taken care of from start to finish. Parking was also super convenient, which made the experience even more stress-free. The location is peaceful yet close to everything you might need, making it the perfect escape. This is hands down one of the most special Airbnbs I’ve ever stayed in. Whether you’re looking for a quiet getaway or a stylish base for exploring the area, this space is a gem.💎

This airbnb is perfect for a small family and pets! My husband and I stayed with our two dogs, and walking them was simple. There was a small yard on the side and back of the townhouse. We stayed here for my sister’s graduation at Lee University, and this is a perfect location because it’s 10 minutes away! It’s very well located for events such as this! Washer and dryer worked great, and I loved the charm added to the place! We are saving this location for future stays! Highly recommend.
