In the middle of the island, close to everything. 6 km to the nearest beach. 11 km to the popular Bjärbybadet on the east side and 12 km to Färjestaden. Many nice opportunities for walking. In the countryside, there are flies, roosters that crow, the smell of coal, and work being done on the farm. Smaller dogs are welcome; larger dogs will be too crowded in the small apartment.

Relax with the whole family in this peaceful accommodation located on the eastern side of Öland, right next to Kårehamn. Just 2 km from the house, there is a private beach - just hop on the bike and roll there. With the location in the middle of the island, it is close to excursions to both the north and south sides of the island. Full of flea markets, ice cream and locally produced vegetables. The house has many social areas, several patios, everything to follow the sun and accommodate all friends. Completely secluded and overlooking Öland's expanses.

Only 15 meters from the ocean and 10 minutes from central Kalmar you find this newly built cottage. Modern amenities close to the best of nature.

With proximity to Öland's nature, sandy beaches and beach meadows, it is a perfect place for the whole family to relax and have as a starting point for various activities. It is about a 15-minute drive to Borgholm with its wide range of restaurants and shops and 10 minutes to Ekerum Golf Course. The apartment is located above a stable building and animals are in the yard. The apartment is fully equipped for maximum convenience.
