Exceptional cottage next to the alvar

Right next to the Alvar in the small row village is this former emergency cottage next to our house on the farm. We also run the yarn shop "Sticka på alvar". In the spring, the orchids bloom richly here. Several interesting historical sites are within walking distance, such as Dröstarp's deserted village. We have hens, five cats and two dogs. The house is from 1899 but has all the modernities. Barbecue area outside. Here, it is quiet and peaceful. In Gårdby, about 2 km away, there is Eksgården, which is a first-class restaurant, as well as Gårdby café

Lantligt och gammaldags inredd stuga, vid kusten på en egen äng. Huset har ett enkelt kök, utedass och vatten pumpar du upp i brunnen på gården (testad och godkänd vattenkvalitet). Dina enda grannar är korna som betar runt huset och några får. Huset har 12v el så det går att ladda digital utrustning men inte köra tex hårtork eller microvågsugn.

Jöns-Lasses is a converted farm named after the carpenter and blacksmith Jöns Larsson. Much has been preserved since the 19th century. Now we rent out so that more people can enjoy this fantastic place. Large lush garden and courtyard and free access to the meadow next to the farm. A real time travel with historical details! There are many patios on the property and for bad weather there is also a glassed-in terrace. Take a dip at your own little beach or at one of the public swimming piers nearby. Or borrow two stand-up paddleboards and paddle around the islands. Sheets and towels are included.

This village is located along the eastern road but still secluded thanks to the garden. Proximity to the sea, Strandtorp or Bjärby-badet not more than a few kilometers away and only 15 km to the bridge and barely 30 km to Kalmar makes it suitable for many different day trips.

Own patio with barbecue facilities as well as free parking space just outside the cottage.
