Cottage in a quiet location in the terraced village of Vickleby on southern Öland. The cottage is 26 m2 with a sleeping loft of 10 m2, surrounded by a beautiful garden, built with different rooms separated by trellised pear trees and full of other fruit trees, vegetables and flowers. Vickleby is located in the World Heritage Site of Southern Öland's Agricultural Landscape, on the edge of Stora Alvaret, with its unique flora and two km away from the sea with swimming or windsurfing at Haga Park, or bird watching at Beijershamn. Five minutes walk to Capellagården.

Lakan,handdukar o morgonrockar ingår.Även ett spabad finns att njuta i! Städning utföres av värdarna mot en avgift numera pga vi vill ha en viss standard! Katter finns hos värdarna. Vår dolda pärla! Fågelskådaren paradis med havsutsikt över horisonten. En dröm för naturälskare som söker lugn och fria vyer utan Wi-Fi eller TV. Lantligt och gammaldags inredd stuga, vid kusten på en egen äng. Huset har ett enkelt kök, utedass och vatten pumpar du upp i brunnen på gården (testad och godkänd vattenkvalitet). Dina enda grannar är korna som betar runt huset och några får. Huset har 12v el så det går att ladda digital utrustning men inte köra tex hårtork eller microvågsugn.

Modern stuga endast 15 meter från stranden och bryggan som leder dig ut i havet. Boendet som byggdes 2019 ligger naturskönt på Dunö cirka 10 min (bil) söder om Kalmar. Stugan innefattar 25 kvm golv + 10kvm sovloft och har ett fullt utrustat kök samt badrum med dusch. Närhet till motionsspår och flertalet andra badplatser och bryggor. Only 15 meters from the ocean and 10 minutes from central Kalmar you find this newly built cottage. Modern amenities close to the best of nature.

Exceptional cottage next to the alvar

Alldeles intill alvaret i den den lilla radby ligger denna f.d. undantagsstuga intill vårt hus på gården. Vi driver även garnbutiken ”Sticka på alvar”. På våren blommar orkidéerna rikt här. Flera intressanta historiska platser finns på vandringsavstånd som t.ex Dröstorps ödeby. Vi höns, fem katter och två hundar. Huset är från 1899 men har alla moderniteter. Grillplats ute. Här är det lugnt och fridfullt. Obs! Lakan och handdukar ingår ej! Städning ingår ej!

Karlevi is a cozy Öland village located next to the landborgskanten about 10 km south of Ölandsbron. During the spring, the small village street between Karlevi and Eriksöre is a well-visited stretch with its flowering slopes and fragrant lilac bushes. The village is located in the cultivated landscape of Southern Öland, which is a world heritage site.
