In this spacious and unique villa the whole party will have a comfortable stay :) Take a relaxing bath in the bathtub with your favorite series on the TV, lighthouse up the sauna, play table tennis, try the homemade house hanging from the living room roof, enjoy the sun from morning to late night on one of the terraces, find garden games, take a quick walk (about 3 min) down to the beach, cook on the spacious kitchen island (or fire up the barbecue outside!) while you look at the view - here are the opportunities many! Here, both children and adults can create a memorable holiday. With proximity to Dyreparken and Søgnes beautiful Skjærgård. The accommodation is located at the heart of a dead end road with the forest as a neighbor. In the garden behind the house there are several unique facilities in an idyllic and functional forest plot. The beautiful archipelago a few minutes drive away; among other things Åros holiday center with play equipment, swimming pool down by the beach. Kristiansand city center 17min and Dyreparken 25min drive.

Large cabin for up to 13 people. Plus a crib, a crib and a high chair. Sun from morning to evening. Lovely view. Outdoor living room and hot tub available. The cabin is located on a cabin area, but there is little access to the garden. A few minutes in walking distance to the lake and beach. 5 minute drive to gas station, Kiwi shop and to Båly About 20 minutes by car to Lyngdal and Mandal. Only a short drive away from Lindesnes Lighthouse. Outdoor furniture available summer time.

Velkommen til flott og koselig leilighet i Gimlekollen i Kristiansand. Denne leiligheten er en del av vårt hus, hvor vi bor med barna våre – en jente på 16 og en gutt på 8. Leiligheten ligger mellom sentrum og dyreparken i et av de fineste områdene i byen. Her kan du nyte utsikt mot byen, havet og Vollevannet. Næmeste strand, ved Tretjønn, er bare 5 min gåavstand. Her er det mange fantastiske turmuligheter i Jegersberg samt muligheter for bading, fisking, gårdsbesøk, bærplukk osv.

Magnificent cabin for rent suitable for families with children

We want to list this great summer cottage. Here has everything needed to have a lovely stay, whether it's a weekend or week(s). From June 13 and through August 21 (the summer months), I want to host on a weekly basis. It is desirable to rent to someone who is tidy/clean, and loves to take care of things, to say the least. The hut is brand new and very exclusive. It stands out from the others nearby. Please let me know if anything is unclear and I'll try my best to clarify:)

Ønsker du en ferie på Sørlandet helt for deg selv i sommer er dette plassen. Det er ingen andre gjester på eiendommen. Boligen ved siden av hytten har ingen beboere ukene som er ledig. Hytten ligger nydelig til ved Nidelva 7km fra Arendal og 15km fra Grimstad. Nidelva har 3 utløp til sjøen hvor et renner ut ved Arendal sentrum og de to andre renner ut mot Torungen fyr. Det er lite bevegelse i elven om sommeren siden hytten ligger på havnivå.

NB! During the joint holiday (Last week in June, all of July and first 2 weeks in August), I want to rent at least 5 days per week. A lovely place to make some memories at this unique and family-friendly place. A fantastic summer cottage suitable for both families with children and individuals. Duvets and pillows are included.
