Only 15 kilometers from Kristiansand City Here you can sit and listen to nature and when the evening comes, only the moon and stars will light up for you! Reconnect with nature at this unforgettable place to stay. The cabin is located by the water, there are two canoes and there is also a solid rowboat. The sauna located by the jetty can be ordered if desired. Free parking about 150 meters from the cabin. Nice fish in the water, no need for a fishing license.

Relax at this peaceful place and enjoy the beauty of the lake sorrounded by mountains. Enjoy sunbathing,boating,fishing, a tour in the forest,sauna or grill outside with the view of the lake .We have canoe and a boat available for use.Use of Hot tub must be requested beforehand at a mininal cost.Its a typical norwegian tub using wood to warm up the water which is pumped up from the lake to the tub. A few minutes away from the river for those who have license to fish salmon from June to Sept.

Velkommen til flott og koselig leilighet i Gimlekollen i Kristiansand. Denne leiligheten er en del av vårt hus, hvor vi bor med barna våre – en jente på 16 og en gutt på 9. Leiligheten ligger mellom sentrum og dyreparken i et av de fineste områdene i byen. Her kan du nyte utsikt mot byen, havet og Vollevannet. Næmeste strand, ved Tretjønn, er bare 5 min gåavstand. Her er det mange fantastiske turmuligheter i Jegersberg samt muligheter for bading, fisking, gårdsbesøk, bærplukk osv.

Holiday home in Southern Norway

The home has 4 bedrooms and a loft living room with sofa bed/double bed. Only 80 meters to the indoor pool, sauna and hot tub. And Åros beach with heated outdoor pool (extra fee). Kristiansand is only 15 minutes away. The zoo/Sørlandssenteret is only 25 - 30 minutes away. Brand new home in 2023, with proximity to everything you need for a great stay in Sørlandet. Looking forward to your visit! I live only 5 minutes away and can therefore assist if there should be anything.

Relax with the whole family at this lovely place. The area offers a rich activity offer all year round. Alpine slope, ski trails, mini golf, canoeing, swimming and fishing opportunities, as well as Eikerapen Guesthouse just nearby. Good sun conditions on the property and great views. 10 min to grocery and only 1.5 hours to Kristiansand. 2 hours 30 minutes to Egersund and 2 hours 15 minutes to Arendal.

NB! During the joint holiday (Last week in June, all of July and first 2 weeks in August), I want to rent at least 5 days per week. A lovely place to make some memories at this unique and family-friendly place. A fantastic summer cottage suitable for both families with children and individuals. Duvets and pillows are included. Bedding sets and towels are an extra €150.
