Holiday rentals with a fire pit in Solanas

Very clean, functional and equipped with everything you need. Outdoor space with a beautiful well-kept lawn, plants, barbecue, outdoor shower, sink and washing machine. Large porch with a nice table. Quiet area, relaxation guaranteed. 10 minutes by car from the most beautiful beaches in the area. Sunbeds, beach chairs and umbrellas are available! I am happy to have met Teresina and her family. I had a great stay at Alessandro's apartment! The place is very clean, cozy and well equipped. Alessandro was super friendly and helpful, which made my stay even more enjoyable. The location is perfect for exploring the area, and communication went smoothly. Would definitely return and highly recommend this place!

We stayed at Simone's place for 5 days and felt very comfortable. It was very idyllic and quiet. It was exactly what we wanted. Meanwhile, there are new floors and an additional wooden terrace that are not yet visible in the photos. Let yourself be surprised. Unfortunately, we had some bad luck with the weather and it was sometimes quite cold. Fortunately, you could heat with the air conditioners ;) we also used the fireplace and have it cuddly warm in the living room. Despite the rain, you can sit outside and enjoy the tranquility thanks to the covered terrace. I really loved it:) Simone was a very nice and reliable host. He is always available and gave lots of tips. Unfortunately, not every restaurant was open. Nevertheless, you can eat well in Pula. I liked him where you can see Flamignos well and we were lucky with his tip it was wonderful. Su Gideu Beach, you have to see that. If you're lucky, Flamignos are there. Thanks for everything:)

The owner was always available for us and regularly inquired whether everything was to our satisfaction and also gave us valuable tips about the region. The quiet location and the view are particularly noteworthy. Also the possibility to cook outside was a nice feature.

Christina’s villa by the beach in Costa Rei was an awesome place to stay. It was just steps away from a beautiful beach and the Ginepro Beach Club! There is a nice selection on restaurants and a grocery store just a few blocks up the hill. Costa Rei offers quick access to a wide selection of activities and destinations and of course uncrowded world class beaches and the beautiful sparkling clear Mediterranean sea!! We highly recommend Christina’s villa in Costa Rei Sardegna for your next relaxing beachside getaway.

Very comfortable and clean accommodation just as listed. A 5 minute walk to the town and quick drive or bike ride to different beaches. Beautifully landscaped garden which is lovely to have when using the hot tub. The windows/doors are fitted with mosquito nets which was very helpful to minimise the insects getting in. Enrico was very kind, helpful and responsive and made sure we had what we needed as we were travelling with a toddler. Definitely recommend!!

All in all, a perfect vacation and a great place to stay. The amenities were great and everything you need was available. Also for the beach, practical things like a parasol or a cooler bag with cooling batteries were available. The way to the next supermarket was very short and the beautiful dream beaches are all not far away. You can also walk to the city center itself. The apartment was very clean too. The only and unfortunately a big problem was the bed, which was far too hard. Unfortunately, we did not have a relaxing sleep. Still highly recommended! Great place for a family of kitters with kids. The large garden, pool and trampoline delighted our children.

Everything was exactly as stated. It was a clean, very spacious apartment. Nicola was friendly and responsive. There were also some lovely surprises - beautiful hikes with spectacular views, which Nicola had mapped out for us. The nearby park/nature reserve where we saw flamingos in plenty. The number 5 bus terminus was nearby and we got great value for the €12 weekly bus ticket. Nicola's place is only 10-12 minute walk to two beaches. We had a wonderful stay. Thanks Nicola.

We were in the accommodation with two children for two weeks. Everything was perfect from start to finish: the view of the bay was gigantic, the accommodation was well equipped as described and very clean. Fabio always gave us numerous tips quickly. You could reach various beaches on foot, even though the accommodation is located on a steep mountain (but the view is worth it). Nothing was missing and we would come back immediately. Definitely a recommendation!

We enjoyed our stay in Stefano's apartment. The flat is very well equipped in everything you need to spend time in comfortable way. Great view from the upper terrace. Stefano is very friendly, caring host. The apartment is located in quiet part of Villasimius, walking distance to the city center. I would recommend to anyone looking for accomodation in Villasimius.

Marzia’s place was phenomenal! An excellent location to explore Villasimius and surrounding areas. Marzia was an excellent host despite not being physically in Villasimius. Marzia offered a lot of advice on things to do and places to go. The Pizzeria below the AIRBNB offered quick and easy food if you were in a pinch. The balcony was a nice place to have a morning coffee or relax. The electric retractable awnings sheltered you from the sun when on the balcony, a nice touch! We spent our days exploring beaches and did a snorkelling tour one day. Overall will definitely stay here again next time we are in Villasimius!

Fantastic accommodation in a great location and very nice owners!

Fulvia and Danilo welcomed us as if we were family. The apartment is small but complete with everything and with spaces designed to the millimeter just to be functional. The real gem of the house, however, is the outdoor space with a beautiful garden at our disposal. The area is tactical as it is logistically close to the main beaches of the south-east of Sardinia up to the most distant one of Costa Rei which with the new variant can be reached in about 40 minutes. Finally, the proximity to Cagliari is not to be underestimated, both for the myriad of services that a city offers in case of need, and to vary the vacation a little without "having to" (with many quotation marks) necessarily go to the beach.
