Cozy studio apartment with parking in a downtown neighborhood

A sophisticated, small accommodation with a central location and a view of the city. It is 1.2 km (about 16 minutes) to walk from/to Jernbanen. It is a 1.7 km (about 23 min) walk to USN. Bus stop is just below the apartment. There are two bus lines that both go to Drammen Sentrum. There are several supermarkets within walking distance. The field with hiking opportunities, swimming area in the summer and ski slopes in the winter is not far away. Trains to Oslo run several times an hour and take about 40 minutes to Oslo Central Station.

The granary is located on a traditional farmyard together with a large barn, 2 residential houses, an outdoor room and an orangery.
