Our guests can set off from right in front of the house, either on foot, or on the bus for free that takes you from just outside the house to the nearby ski lifts in 5 minutes.

The comfortable apartment “Ferienwohnung Rot”, part of the holiday lodge “Pfandlerhof”, is situated outside of the village St. Martin in the scenic Passeier Valley (Val Passiria), which is a perfect area for hiking, mountain biking or skiing holidays. In the mill

Our small romantic mill room is surrounded by gardens, apple meadows and vineyards. The mill is located on our farm, right next to a small stream - relaxation in the middle of the countryside. When the nights get cooler again from October, you can also warm up in our cozy farmhouse by the tiled stove before you crawl under the cozy blanket in the mill.
