Holiday rentals with a washing machine and dryer in Solihull

I needed a place to stay whilst attending a work conference at the Birmingham Conference and Events Centre. Paulina’s apartment was an oasis - beautifully cleaned, relaxing, well stocked and large. Excellent amenities. Check in was incredibly smooth and easy, very flexible. Walkable from train station. I didn’t explore the area much but very convenient groceries, and felt safe walking around alone.

We felt at home in Shazad’s house. He was very helpful and quick to respond. Great stay from a great host. Easily recommended!

Had a great stay. Iwona is a fantastic host. The apartment was perfectly located for what we needed. It was beautifully presented, clean and fully equipped. We felt right at home. Check in and check out were very easy and very clearly communicated. We loved the little touches such as body wash, shampoo and conditioner and dishwasher tablets/cleaning materials. This is a perfect apartment to use if you want to spend a few days in the city. Everything in terms of restaurants, theatres and the train station is all walkable. Would definitely recommend.

It was great stay. Away from the hustle of city centre. Easy to find quiet neighbourhood. Clean and nice. Great flat, good for 2. Clean bathroom and nice bed with aesthetic decor.

Simply perfect! The hamlet is a haven of unparalleled tranquility. In Lantern Cottage itself we marvelled at the tasteful design and a ceaseless feast of wonderful quirkiness. The beautifully tended garden is a delightful place to find solitude. One of the highlights of our many travels this idyllic cottage is a definite revisit.

Beautiful house in a beautiful location not only for the surrounding area but also for transport links. We filled every room and not once did we feel we didn't have enough space. Minor issue for some of the rooms having low ceilings but that is by the by. Would highly recommend this property to those needing a larger place to stay when visiting the NEC.

amazing place. 10 of us stayed for a weekend event in the NEC and this was a 5 minute drive away. I love that everyone had a bed and when we all hung out in the living room and kitchen it did not feel too crowded. the outdoor space is fab too. clean and pretty. communication fab. want to stay again!

Yadams place was very clean, exactly in the photos. Yadam communicated well with us during the stay. I had a disabled adult with me and Yadam answered all my questions to ensure a comfortable stay. The property has a downstairs bedroom and toilet/shower which was perfect. The house was big, clean and bright. There are supermarkets and shops nearby to the property. We were provided with Amenities as described on the page. If we visit Birmingham again we will definitely book Yadam's place. Thank you for a comfortable stay!

Me and a colleague were staying in the area for one evening and found the house to be fantastic. It looks newly renovated and was extremely clean. We weren't there long but were very comfortable. I would definitely stay here again. Thanks Peyton!

I stayed here the night before my wedding at Wootton Park where I wanted to have a girl’s night with my bridal party. The house was the perfect place to do this, plenty of room for everyone and a unique layout to the house was ideal for us all

Sparklingly clean, super comfortable and in a very nice residential location that was safe and peaceful. Not far from shops and eateries, and a quick 20 minute drive to the NEC without little traffic during the week. We will return next year. Thank you so much.

A great place to stay. Spotlessly clean throughout. Bed mega comfy. Easy to find in Hinckley. Net Mary who came round, very friendly, good, clear info as bout the accommodation. Very polite and professional. No hesitation in recommending for others to stay, and we would stay again if in the area.

The apartment was just as described and in a very beautiful and quiet area. The internet worked well so I could work with no issues. Would stay again and can recommend.

Car was on the driveway right next to the apartment nice and clean nice comfortable clean bed big TV exactly what I needed before a long day at Master Mind great sleep overall very happy the only one very very slight thing I may wanted more is blackout curtainsas I don’t sleep very well and the light wakes me up

Nice, modern 1 bed flat only 10 mins or so walk from New Street Station. Flat was comfortable and well appointed, plenty of bars, restaurants, shops etc. a couple of mins away. Khalli was responsive and pleasant and gave us easy to follow instructions for check in. Would happily stay here again if I needed something in Birmingham.

I stayed here for around 40 days and honestly, it felt like a home away from home. The hosts are incredibly responsive and kind — they replied to any queries I had almost instantly, and were sweet enough to accommodate a late checkout when I requested it. The house is exactly as shown in the pictures: cosy, clean, and very inviting. The pantry was well stocked with essentials (and more), which made cooking easy and convenient. Every little detail was thoughtfully taken care of, and I felt genuinely spoilt! The Wi-Fi is fast, everything is well maintained, and the location is perfect — just a 7–8 minute bus ride to Bullring. Highly recommend this place if you're looking for a comfortable and well-managed stay.
