We had a very nice weekend. Everything was very clear, from check-in to the amenities. The latter was phenomenal and perfect for a group trip. The landscape and the half-timbered style of the surrounding villages and the house itself were absolutely idyllic and there was plenty to do at the nearby Edertalsperre.

Beautiful stylish house with great property located on a stream. No unnecessary bells and whistles, but everything you need. We felt very comfortable. However, you should inquire whether an event is planned at the neighboring community square. The Schützenfest on the last evening is only a stone's throw away, but you won't be able to sleep before 3:00 a.m.

We immediately felt comfortable in Elke's house. For us and even for our dog there were welcome snacks, everything was very clean and we lacked nothing. The furnishings of the house, the great garden with attention to detail and the many things that were ready for our dog we have rarely experienced so far. Beautiful house, superb host, peaceful neighborhood, very close to Kassel. It doesn't get any better.

The house is superbly equipped and offers everything you need for a stay. We were three adults and two children (3 & 7). The house was more than sufficient in size. The large garden was also great for the children. We would stay again anytime.

My husband liked it very much, the host's son was extremely friendly and everything was as described. He was there with the motorcycle and did a tour from there. Perfect!

We had a wonderful family weekend at the Amtshof! The accommodation is actually even more beautiful than in the pictures - hard to believe, but true. Everything is furnished with incredible attention to detail and has been restored with great care. You can see at every turn how much effort the hosts put in to make you feel at home from the very first moment. Everything has really been thought of - we immediately felt completely comfortable. The kitchen is perfectly equipped and offers a fantastic view while cooking. Beautiful walks through the fields start right at the front door - simply wonderful! An absolute dream of accommodation – we will be happy to come back!

I had everything you need. Super close to the shopping mile, I was able to hike and swim wonderfully. Here I was able to relax and slow down well. I will certainly come back. Thanks to Nadine, even if you didn't see each other

A very nice apartment on 2 floors. With two dining rooms and 2 living rooms, there is plenty of space to stay in the apartment. Everything can be cooked there thanks to a very well-equipped kitchen. Manuela is quick to reach and has many tips for the area. The house itself is in a very quiet location with adjacent fields so that hikes can be started from there. Definitely recommend this accommodation, especially if you are traveling with several people.

A great apartment and super nice hosts. We were greeted right upon arrival by their sweet dog and the host and felt really comfortable from the start.

Fantastic apartment in a great environment. We spent 2 nights here with our two children (3 and 8) and explored Fritzlar, the National Park and Kassel Wilhelmshöhe from there. The children especially liked the playground right next to the house and Wolfgang and Simone are great hosts! The old rectory is beautiful! We will be happy to come back.

We felt very comfortable and well cared for. Ulrike quickly got back to us with questions and the apartment was clean. Restaurants and, for example, the Samson pit were within walking distance and there was a folder with tips and suggestions for activities. The guest cards were also taken care of. We had a great weekend in Göttingen and in Carla's apartment with five friends. The apartment was a perfect fit for us. Quiet location, generously sized, equipped with everything you need. Olivia is a great hostess. We found their apartment exactly as it was described. It is lovingly decorated and very comfortable. Everything you need in a vacation apartment to feel comfortable is there. In addition, Olivia provides her guests with care products, some basic foodstuffs, if a purchase was not possible, and a delicious 🍷 wine. We can fully recommend the apartment, a free parking space is available and the residential area is totally quiet and relaxing. After our hikes in the nearby area, we were able to sleep like a log. We spent a week in Olivia's apartment and could have stayed longer. It was our first visit to Bad Sachsa and certainly not the last. A good infrastructure ensures a comfortable stay. We would love to come back and thank 🙏 Olivia for the wonderful stay. 🤩👍🏼

It is a very nice apartment where everything you need is present. Cozy and clean. Netflix on the TV that allows you to log in with your own account. And good beds. It is in the built-up area in a quiet location next to a reasonably large lake. Plenty of room to let the dog run or swim. And within walking distance of Bad Lippspringe, which you can reach via a beautiful route through the park. In Bad Lippspringe, there are a few restaurants and various shops. Beautiful hiking trails in the area. About 20 km away, you have Detmold, a very nice town with many restaurants and shops. We had a wonderful week and will definitely come back to Valentina when we come back to the area.

Since we already spent last weekend in the beautiful apartment, I can only add to my last review that the beds are super comfortable and Dimi always responds very quickly and helps you at any time. If we come back to this area, we would definitely book Dimi's apartment.
