In the middle of streams, biotopes and meadows with old trees, there is a quietly located and modern restored mill estate in the Bauhaus style close to the city. The light-filled 90 sqm living area is adjacent to a large roof terrace, which provides a magnificent view and invites you to relax. The apt. is located in Bovenden, has a separate entrance via the terrace and is fully equipped with everything necessary to accomodate 2-4 people. The bedroom has 2 single beds and the living room has a comfortable sofa bed. The city center of Göttingen and the railway station are reached within 15 minutes by bus. Unfortunately the apt. is not suited for wheelchairs as there is a stairway leading to the entrance. Also smoking inside and pets are not allowed here. We look forward to your stay!

You will spend your vacation in our apartment renovated in 2021 on the 7th floor (elevator available) of a former hotel. Through the panoramic window you have a magnificent view of the mountains and the climatic health resort of Bad Grund. The apartment has a built-in kitchen, a dining area, a modern bathroom with large shower, as well as a cozy solid wood double bed with cotton bed linens. On the balcony you sit between herbs (to harvest yourself) & flowers on teak furniture.

The cozily furnished bright apartment is located in the Göttingen East Quarter only about 1 km away from the historic old town very close to the Schillerwiesen. In a few steps you can reach the bus stop with direct connection to the train station 2 km away. The apartment of about 31 square meters consists of a living and sleeping room with sofa bed, a smaller work and sleeping room with a single bed, a bathroom (shower and toilet) and direct access to a pretty garden terrace.

Nestled in the picturesque greenery of Sollingen, it sits right at the edge of the forest with a stunning view of the beautiful Bergsee Lake. Here, you can explore a fascinating variety of birds, enjoy magnificent hiking trails, or try out thrilling mountain biking routes. You can also unwind on the sandy beach, taking in the water, the nature, and the peace it offers.

Public transport connection to Göttingen via buses and trains (in 9 minutes the train is at Göttingen train station)

My place is right in the center of the historic old town of Höxter. Restaurants and pubs as well as all shopping are within walking distance. Corvey Castle, a UNESCO World Heritage Site, is only about 3 km away. Höxter is located on the R1 bike path, only about 500 meters from the apartment. Towards Godelheim after about 1.5 km is the recreational lake with swimming and sports facilities, which is very popular in good weather.
