The apartment has its own entrance from the garden and is newly renovated and in good condition. The kitchen is fully equipped for two people with both dishwasher and washing machine/dryer. Ideal choice for singles, a couple or a family with good legs, because the apartment includes a sleeping loft that is located one (steep) staircase up from the hall with sleeping space for 1-2 people.
