Here you live with the best south facing position with sun all day , pool (summer) and jacuzzi (winter) , large lawn on the sea plot with access to jetty, trampoline, boat for fishing, kayaks, etc. Secluded but only 20 minutes from Stockholm C where you can easily get by bus just a few minutes from the house. Close to Tyresta Nature Reserve!

House only 20 minutes from Stockholm City. The view and surroundings are spectacular. It is a natural lake reserve with beautiful forrest where you will walk alone and just hear the birds. From both the room and the sauna you have the lake just outside the window and there is such a feeling of tranquility. The house fits 2people. Extra guests will get new house next door. Possible with up to 6 people. 2 guests in the RED lakehouse and 4 people in the new BLACK house 20 meters from lake.

The house is close to our own villa, but is still private. Why not enjoy a day at the pool or do Stockholm. Perfect starting point for excursions. Only 30 minutes into Stockholm city with commuter trains. 500m walkway to bus stop, which takes you in 10 minutes to the commuter train station.
