Very beautiful and newly renovated apartment in the gingerbread house, a former factory building in central Sundbyberg. Here you live on the second floor of a magical attic, plenty of space and with a natural gathering point in the kitchen. The house is in a quiet street but the pulse is around the corner with grocery stores, cafes, bars, restaurants and shops. There are also nearby lakes for pleasant walks and it is less than 100 meters to the subway / commuter train / crossroad / buses.

A short walk will take you to the subway at Thorildsplan or Fridhemsplan. I would try to make a quick stop at either the Museum of Modern Art or the newly renovated National Museum, take a walk around the beautiful island of Skeppsholmen, overlooking the Royal Palace and the Old Town before having dinner at Sturehof or any of the other restaurants downtown. There are also some very cosy restaurants located in the neighbourhood, including Ett Hem.
