Nice duplex apartment with fireplace close to everything!

From this beautiful duplex apartment in Alvik, you are close to beautiful walking paths around the lake but also the subway, bus & tram that takes you smoothly to Stockholm's central parts in 15 minutes. On the lower floor there is a bedroom with a 180 cm bed, and on the upper floor a bedroom with a 160 cm bed. On the upper floor there is also an open sleeping area around the fireplace with a 120 cm bed and 2 extra mattresses, if more sleeping places are desired. In the home there is everything you might need.

Very beautiful and newly renovated apartment in the gingerbread house, a former factory building in central Sundbyberg. Here you live on the second floor of a magical attic, plenty of space and with a natural gathering point in the kitchen. The house is in a quiet street but the pulse is around the corner with grocery stores, cafes, bars, restaurants and shops. There are also nearby lakes for pleasant walks and it is less than 100 meters to the subway / commuter train / crossroad / buses.
