It has a huge yard with old growth trees, yet it is only a 5 minute ride to Downtown Court House Square or Indiana University Memorial Stadium. A large front porch with festive lighting gives you a place to enjoy the view. We have taken special care to make Blue Lemon Bungalow extra comfortable and stylish. Well behaved pets considered.

If you are a foody you are within 10 to 15 minutes from the many Bloomington restaurants or if you prefer the cooking option there is a full kitchen for your culinary creativity.

Located on the north side, it is just fifteen minutes from the heart of downtown Bloomington, IU stadium, and an hour from Indianapolis. Nestled in the forest, the suite offers a covered porch with a private entrance, a spacious living room, a kitchenette, and a master bedroom with a full bath. Suitable for up to four guests, come to enjoy the serenity of country living, the comforts of home, and easy access to the city.

Only a 10 to 15 minute drive from IU campus or IU Stadium, our place is a recently remodeled 2 bedroom, 1 bathroom, half of a duplex (right side). Located in a country neighborhood setting, this home is minutes away from westside stores, restaurants, and downtown. It is also close to Lake Monroe, Griffy Lake, McCormick Creek and Brown County for those nature lovers. Come stay for work, an outdoor adventure, an IU game or to visit IU.
