Ideal for relaxing, listening to the sound of the waves of the lake, which lap the house. It is located in the center of the typical village of Carate Urio, opposite the cafeteria, pharmacy, two grocery stores and the C10 and C20 bus stop. public parking is in front of the house entrance

The cozy cottage is just one kilometer from the nearest train station S. Martino, Mendrisio and a few hundred meters from the Foxtown Factory Stores.
