Family-friendly holiday rentals in Sommariva Perno

Heerlijk verblijf, rustige plek op een hele goede locatie. Alles is, met de auto, dichtbij. Het appartement was ruim en compleet, fijn dat er twee airco’s waren en het privé tuintje was ook voor de hond ideaal. Het enige dat ontbrak waren luiken voor de slaapkamer (er kwam nu wel licht binnen). Al met al een heel fijn verblijf!

Wir waren zu 5. in Stefanos Unterkunft. Die Wohnung ist groß genug, super sauber, gut ausgestattet, lichtdurchflutet und sehr gemütlich. Stefano hat immer super schnell geantwortet und der Check In war einfach obwohl wir erst spät ankamen. Der Pool ist noch besser als er auf den Fotos aussieht und der Gartenbereich schön und lädt zum Verweilen ein. Wir haben uns wohl gefühlt und würden die Unterkunft auf jeden Fall wieder buchen.

Abbiamo alloggiato nella casa di Giordana in occassione di un addio al nubilato! eravamo 14 persone e l'alloggio si è prestato alla perfezione: pulito, attrezzato di tutto il necessario, spazio per tutte, giardino stupendo dove fare piacevoli pranzi e cene in compagnia :) e massima tranquillità!! abbiamo potuto lanciarci in un karaoke sfrenato senza disturbare nessuno! consigliatissimo e ancora grazie a Giordana!!

Abbiamo passato nella villa il ponte del 2 giugno! L’alloggio era stupendo e con tutti i comfort annessi, é una villa curata fino all’ultimo dettaglio! La villa si trova isolata dal caos, meraviglioso silenzio e libertà! Le comunicazioni sono state veramente efficaci e i proprietari super disponibili!

Beautiful house with amazing views! We loved staying there! The house has a beautiful garden and the views of the snowy mountains and Turin were spectacular to say the least! The host was always available to assist us and made us to feel at home from the very first day! We really recommend this place if you want to have a great time and restful visiting Turin. Only 10 minutes by car from downtown Turin. If we comeback we definitely will love to stay here again!

Carinissima casa che si affaccia sulle bellissime colline del Monferrato; corrisponde esattamente alle foto, è molto pulito e offre tantissimi servizi (lavatrice e lavastoviglie, in cucina presente tutto l'essenziale per cucinare -e anche di più, tra cui fruste elettriche e frullatore a immersione!- condimenti e spezie varie, pentolame vario, coltelli e taglieri, macchinetta caffè nespresso, bollitore e montalatte, e tutto il necessario per pulire la casa -più ferro da stiro con asse e stendino per i panni-). La strada per accedervi è leggermente tortuosa ma andando piano ci si arriva senza problemi e gli host sono stati super reattivi ai messaggi; gentili e molto disponibili ma non invadenti. Se siete fan dei gatti è il posto per voi perchè girano 4 palle di pelo dolcissime che adorano le coccole! Ci tornerei più che volentieri per un'altra fuga nel weekend. Consigliato!

Fijn verblijf gehad tijdens onze vakantie met ons dochtertje van 1 jaar. Twee ruime slaapkamers en een nette keuken. Helaas zijn wij na 4 dagen vertrokken vanwege de warmte. Er is geen airco en de hitte bleef in het huis hangen. Voor zowel onze dochter als voor ons was dit geen doen. Marco begreep onze keuze en dit is prima geregeld verder.

The house is in a magical setting high on a hill surrounded by vineyards. You feel like you’re in a dream. Equipped with everything you need. Plenty of pots and pans, dishes and glassware. Several people can work in the kitchen at the same time. Bedroom layout was a little unusual but worked ok. Daniella uses what’s app instead of the Airbnb site for instructions. Ours didn’t come through in time for check in so that was a little stressful. Worth the annoyance though. We met the owner who was very friendly. They made us feel welcome and even left us a bottle of wine. Very thoughtful!

I stayed in this flat for just over six months and will definitely miss it. It is an excellent space - perhaps even bigger than the pictures show, with double bedrooms and a spacious downstairs lounge/kitchen. It had everything I needed for a long stay. The flat is well looked after and stylishly furnished. It was great to work from as although being central and close to a lot in Vanchiglia, it was very quiet at all times. Internet was good speed. In winter it was warm and cosy, in summer nice and cool. The location is fantastic - lots of local spots for eating/drinking, and right on the river which makes walking/cycling to the centre a short and pleasant trip. Host Federico was super friendly and helpful - check-in/out was seamless and he was also on hand if I needed anything. Would definitely stay in this place again!

Il signor Calogero è stato disponibile e accogliente, abbiamo passato un ottimo weekend.

Wir waren nur eine Nacht zu Gast bei Mauro und haben uns in der geräumigen, sehr sauberen und gut ausgestatteten Wohnung sehr wohl gefühlt. Für unseren Aufenthalt mit Baby waren ein Kinderbett und ein Hochstuhl vorhanden. Ein besonderes Highlight für uns war der Pool.

Eine perfekte Unterkunft. Die Einrichtung ist von sehr guter Qualität, Bett, Bettzeug , Bad, alles gehobene Qualität. Es ist an vieles gedacht, was in airbnb- Unterkünften eher die Ausnahme ist, z.B. überall zusätzliche Steckdosen, gebügelte Geschirrhandtücher, Kaffeemaschine mit reichlich pads, auch alles Nötige sowie Ergänzungen für die Küche bis zu Regenschirmen. Das ist extrem selten in dieser durchdachten und liebevollen Art. Tolles Bad mit wertigen Objekten und alles blitzsauber. Bleibt zu ergänzen, dass Cristina sich vorbildlich engagiert hat. Das war Extraklasse. DANKE CRISTINA !

This place is a real gem. The views alone are stunning. The hosts are incredible and stand ready to help in any way they can. Absolutely appreciated Steve — and come to find out had a lot in common. Did I mention the incredible views?! This location was convenient to everything. Great wine region. History everywhere. Heaven

Che dire, una vera sorpresa, l'alloggio grazioso e confortevole, facilmente raggiungibile proprio nella piazza del paese, pulito e dotato di ogni cosa, Elena un' host fantastica, disponibile, gentile e attenta ai bisogni e alle esigenze, ha lasciato anche tutto l' occorrente per le colazioni compreso il caffè per me indispensabile 😅 oltre ad un cesto di frutta, mi ha fatto sentire accolta meglio che a casa... uno dei soggiorni migliori da me fatti su airbnb...sicuramente ci tornerò 🤗

Un tranquillo angolo di paradiso lontano dalla frenesia della città. Posto incantevole immerso nel verde. Per raggiungere la location seguendo il navigatore è meglio passare da Canelli e non da Cassinasco. La casa è in ottime condizioni e corrisponde alla descrizione e alle foto, la struttura è rustica, affascinante e molto accogliente, ottima soluzione per un gruppo di amici, ampi spazi interni ed esterni, area piscina, campo da calcio e un bellissimo spazio esterno per cenare all'aperto. I padroni di casa sono molto cordiali, facilmente raggiungibili e sempre pronti a dare consigli sulla zona, Elena poi è stata molto gentile e disponibile durante tutto il nostro soggiorno. Abbiamo trascorso un soggiorno fantastico e non vediamo l'ora di tornarci!

Location come da descrizione in una zona tranquillissima con vista sulla collina. Fabrizio è sempre stato disponibile e reattivo nelle risposte. Casa fornita di tutto il necessario sia per la notte sia per quanto riguarda la cucina la quale era fornita praticamente di tutto. Bellissimo week end

We had a lovely experience at this accomodation! The house very clean, and the kitchen was very well equipped, making it easy for us to cook our own meals. Unfortunately there was no wifi but that did not bother us that much. The pool was clean and the bedding was nice. There is lots to do in the area, in terms of visiting towns/villages, but also the mountains and waterfalls, I definitely recommwnd staying here

The Airbnb was brilliant and the staff were excellent in helping with any questions or needs. Highly recommend the activities listed they have curated the best!

We hadden een geweldig verblijf in een prachtig mooie omgeving. Alles wat we nodig hadden was aanwezig en we zaten daar heerlijk rustig alleen op een bergflank met ongelooflijk mooie zichten. Het lag ideaal om verschillende prachtige dorpjes en heerlijke wijn proeverijen te gaan doen. Het wijnhuis Anna Maria Abbona in Farigliano is echt een aanrader. Onze 5 dagen waren te kort, we hadden graag langer gebleven... Bedankt voor alles Paolo

Antonio und Monia haben sich sehr bemüht informativ und hilfreich zu kommunizieren. Alles lief hervorragend unkompliziert ab & die Unterkunft ist gut ausgestattet. Die Umgebung, der Garten und das Interieur ist sehr ansprechend; man fühlt sich schnell wohl und hat viel Platz. Alles ist liebevoll und achtsam eingerichtet, das Mobiliar ist sehr schön & der Aussenplatz ein Traum. Sowohl der Empfang durch Monia wie auch der Checkout durch Antonio war pünktlich und zuvorkommend. Wir bedanken uns für die grosszügige Gastfreundschaft und würden wieder anreisen.

We had a great time in Claudio’s Villa. The house and the surrounding is great. There are a lot of things to do in the area. Cycling (for people with powerful thighs), great food & wine, lovely landscape or just having a lazy time at the pool. The villa has everything you need for a joyful time, it is exactly like in Claudio’s description & images. Great place.

Our stay in this Airbnb was lovely!! The house and garden and the views from the terrace are beautiful, it is quiet and peaceful. A wonderful place to visit the area from, we had a great time with our 2 year old daughter who was able to play in the house and the garden and swim every day in the swimming pool. It is very clean and everything is provided for; from time to time we had a lovely little “chat” (using our hands and feet and what little Italian we know 😋) with the (grand)mother who lives above the appartement. Definitely would recommend this to our family and friends!

Wir hatten einen wundervollen Aufenthalt in diesem traumhaften Haus in Novello! Die Aussicht auf die umliegenden Weinberge und die sanften Hügel des Piemont war einfach atemberaubend – besonders bei Sonnenuntergang ein echtes Highlight. Die ruhige Lage hat uns sofort entschleunigt und für eine herrlich entspannte Atmosphäre gesorgt. Das Haus selbst ist liebevoll eingerichtet, sehr sauber und bietet alles, was man für einen angenehmen Aufenthalt braucht. Besonders hervorheben möchten wir Kevin – er war jederzeit erreichbar, sehr hilfsbereit und hat uns mit wertvollen Tipps versorgt. Der Kontakt war super freundlich und unkompliziert. Wir würden jederzeit wiederkommen und können dieses schöne Fleckchen Erde wärmstens empfehlen!

Abbiamo scelto la Tenuta San Rocco a Conzano per festeggiare un’occasione molto speciale: i 70 anni di mio padre. Non avremmo potuto immaginare un luogo più suggestivo e accogliente per celebrare questo momento. La tenuta è immersa nella quiete delle colline del Monferrato, con una vista che lascia senza fiato ad ogni ora del giorno. Gli spazi sono curati con amore e attenzione, un perfetto equilibrio tra eleganza e autenticità. Ogni dettaglio racconta una storia, e si percepisce chiaramente la passione di chi gestisce questo posto. Gli ambienti interni sono spaziosi, pulitissimi e arredati con gusto: ci siamo sentiti subito a casa, coccolati da un’atmosfera calda e familiare. L’esterno, con il giardino fiorito e gli angoli panoramici, è stato lo sfondo perfetto per i nostri brindisi e le risate in famiglia. Un grazie di cuore ai padroni di casa, gentili e presenti con discrezione, che hanno reso tutto ancora più speciale con la loro disponibilità e ospitalità. Consigliatissimo
