Pet-friendly holiday rentals in Sommen

Our vacation in the rather cool, windy pre-season May-mid June was a nice experience thanks to the house. There was also a good place to read, enjoy the view, watch animals. Schären property. Good starting point to explore the area. Travel to hikes, kayak or bike tours mostly only by car, about 15 minutes to supermarkets, gas station. Friendly, attentive care by Ms. Kerstin. Will gladly come back!

We felt very comfortable and there was nothing missing. Great location and great view of the lake ...for dogs great entrance to the water. The only neighbors you haven't noticed...

We felt right away that we would enjoy ourselves. It is a very cozy and peaceful place in the countryside, but still close to grocery store/pizzeria. The cottage was spacious and had everything we needed. An extra plus to Mats and Liselotte who were so kind and nice, we felt warmly welcomed. My dog also had a great time. We would love to come here again.

Nice accommodation. Clean and nice. Very comfortable beds. Always a nice bowl of candy on the table that makes you feel at home and welcome. We will return to this accommodation as soon as we arrive in Linköping.

Hospitable and friendly hosts. Good communication. Cozy house in quiet surroundings along the Gøta Canal bike route. Took the opportunity to look at the property's jetty. Incredibly great place. Recommended.

The house is very nice and nice. Unfortunately, we only stayed there for a short time, but it's a great place for a short stopover or a few days (or even more)!

Nice cottage to stay in, close to the beach and harbor in a lovely village. Stayed here in early June, so the summer heat was not quite there yet, but I can imagine that this is perfect to stay in July-August if you love to swim and get a summer feeling. No toilet/shower in the cottage but it worked very well to go to those that are just over 50-100 meters away, they were nice and well cleaned.

We had a wonderful vacation in Sweden! The house exceeded all our expectations. Communication with Jesper was possible at all times and he was always friendly and helpful! We highly recommend this place and send a huge thank you to Jesper and his family in Sweden!

Fantastic accommodation with large social areas as well as inside and outside. Fitted us perfectly which was a family with 13 people. Quiet and pleasantly far from neighbors and traffic, only lovely birds chirping around the corner 🌸 A nice host family.

Staying in Alexander's house was a real experience. It was wonderful to enjoy the peace, the view, the swimming, kayaking, paddle boarding and the boat trip to the island. Alexander gave us the good tip to watch the sunset, worth it! As the icing on the cake, we also saw the northern lights. The accommodation was spacious, cozy and very homely. In short, we would have liked to stay longer.

We are so pleased with our stay! Large and nice house with lovely pool! Extra bonus that the pool was possible to swim in with the roof on. Quiet area with lovely views of the lake. We would be glad to come back!

Great place! Fantastic view, quiet surroundings, delicious and cozy to be able to light up both the wilderness bath and the sauna. And cozy with a little boat trip on the lake at sunset. A fantastic little gem, I highly recommend!

He was really easy to talk to and when we arrived late he had been so sweet to think of the spa and sauna for us.

We had an amazing time at the cabin. Well equipped kitchen with stunning views of the lake and access to beach. It was a cozy and comfortable cabin. Though the bathroom and toilet is located outside of the main house, it was not a problem for us to use it even in the night. The private beach was quaint and very peaceful. Idyllic location for a long weekend break or for summer! Ebba was very responsive and suggested lovely cafes and day trips for us. We would love to come back again and stay here. The stay was very nice, the sauna and the area with the lake and the small jetty was really great! :) The hut was clean, you had water containers available for washing dishes, showering... and firewood was also ready to use for the stove, which kept the hut nice and warm. The toilet was also clean. We would come back!

Flawless accommodation, equipped with every comfort, with very friendly hostess and host. They do their utmost to make your stay optimal. Highly recommended!

We had the most wonderful time at Sarah’s beautiful house, the location was so peaceful. The house is very clean and has everything you need to relax and enjoy cooking and we had a BBQ outside as well. We enjoyed swimming at the lake by Valö Café and Sarah arranged for us to visit the farm next door to get some homemade jam, apple juice and some eggs from the chickens. I would highly recommend staying here, thanks Sarah!

This place is a slice of paradise. We were immediately overwhelmed by the spirit of this place. Like in a picture book. A beautiful lake where you could swim and fish. The tranquility and the surroundings are simply fantastic. The house offers all you need for a comfortable stay. Pernilla was a super host who provided us with helpful tips and rounded off the stay at this wonderful place with a pleasant conversation at check-out. Thank you for this time. We will be back.

We stayed in this great house for 1 week, preferably fishing. It's great that a paddle boat is provided and the lake is a dream. We caught a lot of pikes but not a perch ! Strange but true :D Tip: at the very back under the bridge , you can take the boat to the other side of the lake! Great place and everything as described !
