Une piscine privative de 10m² chauffée donnant sur la terrasse vous est réservée sur le terrain ( sans contrainte d'horaire pour l'utilisation) , un jardin méditerranéen est présent avec palmier, cocotier, citronnier, bananier et olivier. La maison comporte une cuisine américaine complète ( frigo, plaque à induction, fours , lave vaisselle, machine à cafés tassimo…) d’une table et 4 chaises.

Welcome to "ESCATTOU". Long-term rental available from October to March Opened in 06/22, the house is adjoining and independent of ours located in the hamlet of St Etienne d'Escattes in the countryside amid vineyards. You will be quiet, you will enjoy a terrace and a private garden area with the possibility to cool off in our pool (to be shared with the owners). The house is ideally located for visiting the area (see our online guide).

Large 150 m² villa with quiet pool nestled in a 1600 m² enclosed garden planted with olive trees on the heights of the village. Pool open from end of April to end of September. Our house is great for families. Maximum 8 adults A room reserved for children with a play area and a desk if teleworking. Premium bedding, toys for children and a few steps from the house the village sports facilities (tennis, football, skatepark).

VILLA RIVIERA The villa is located in our tree-planted property of 4000 M2 (1 acre) located in a quiet area on the heights of Sommières between Mer and Cévennes. We will be happy to share with you access to the 80 m2 swimming pool, and its immense beach, and its bar. By reservation, you can also enjoy our restaurant "table d'hôtes" : PURA VIDA located by the swimming pool.
