Holiday rentals with beach access in Son Bou

We really appreciated the availability and quality of the information provided by Anna, especially on access, restaurants and the must-see places in Menorca in June. The interior was tastefully decorated and it was in line with the descriptions and well-equipped. The only downside is the view, which is not of the sea and overlooks an abandoned tennis court (a shame), and the noise because the corridors resonated a lot. Despite this, the location is ideal because it is very close to the Ciutadela (10 min by car is essential), the Cami Cavalls, the trail that runs around the island and is just incredible! We will keep a very good memory of this cove with our sunset aperitifs on the beach :-)

We had a fantastic stay! Check-in with Aaron was super easy and smooth. The location is beautiful and just a short walk to the beach. The kitchen was fully equipped with everything we needed, and there were plenty of great restaurants nearby as well. We truly felt at home and can’t wait to come back!

We had 7 wonderful days in the cozy apartment. Although it was already quite hot during the day at the beginning of June, you could ventilate well at night. There is also air conditioning. The humidity on Menorca can be very high. From the balcony (with awning) you have a beautiful view of the sea. Directly behind the apartment is the pool in the beautifully landscaped and quiet garden. Parking is sufficiently available. The area is very steep, you should be a good walker. It takes about 20-30 minutes to walk to the sea. The apartment has everything you need. Gas stove (no oven), large refrigerator, small appliances and washing machine, beach equipment with umbrella and binoculars. The cleanliness was okay, not quite perfect. Carmen was always quick to reach, very friendly and could give good recommendations. Muchas Gracias.

Fantastic place. The views were amazing, very bright, clean, with all you may need. Great location. Overall a perfect place to stay for your Menorca vacation. I highly recommend it. Elena was super responsive when contacted.

A beautiful apartment with wonderful sea view. Very spacious, clean, modern and well equipped. Walking distance to fabulous local restaurants, bars and shops. Would definitely recommend a stay here

My husband and l have just returned from this beautiful apartment, we miss it already! The view is amazing, the apartment is quiet, cool and comfortable and has everything you would need. We rented a car, and it was a great base to explore the island, but also within walking distance of great restaurants and a beautiful beach. Just perfect! We hope to return!

David was a very friendly and helpful host. He bought some pool inflatables for us to use on our first day and had provided a large bottle of water in the fridge, both that we were extremely grateful for on our arrival. The apartment has everything you could need and the air con works great in the main area and master bedroom. There was a large fan for the other bedroom that we used. David recommended a fabulous restaurant and it was as good as he said! The area is fantastic and you can walk to all amenities but it is hilly- we enjoyed taking the steps but you can walk around the road for a gentler route if preferred. There is a supermarket 5 mins walk away that bakes fresh baguettes and pastries every day- we definitely took advantage of this! There are tortoises in the garden, which are delightful. The pool is a brilliant size and there are comfortable sunbeds to use. Thank you David and Bea for a lovely stay, we will always have wonderful memories of our time at El Limonero. 😊

We were very comfortable, the apartment is beautiful and has all the amenities you need. The pool is large and always empty. And Pablo was very kind and attentive in every comment, helping us and advising us in everything. Thank you very much. We hope to return here someday.

We had a fantastic holiday and the apartment was absolutely perfect! Everything was clean, beautifully decorated, and fully equipped. The location was ideal – peaceful, yet close to everything. A special bonus: there were toys for the kids, which made our stay even more relaxing and enjoyable as a family. The hosts were very friendly and helpful. We had a wonderful week in Joesp’s villa. It was immaculately clean, spacious and well equipped for 6 adults and 3 children. Couldn’t get the children out of the pool! The location was quiet. 5 minute walk to supermarket and 10 minutes to centre/restaurants and beach. Would highly recommend and hope to return.

For a group of 6 this was perfect! Great location with stunning views, and easy access to the beach. The steps are not for the weak! Fab host, always very proactive and accommodating, couldn’t recommend enough! A tad noisy at times due to some minor renovation next door, but no complaints at all! Perfect overall

We had a great vacation with my son. The season had not yet started at the end of April so it was very quiet and we were able to enjoy the paddle court and the pool area. A beautiful beach was nearby about 3 minutes to walk. The accommodation is even better in real life than in the photos. A little attention was there when we arrived which I enjoyed very much. Gabriele was very responsive to my messages and gave me lots of recommendations. I had an issue with my rental car and fortunately it helped me. It was a great vacation. If I come back to Menorca I would go back with my eyes closed!!

My family and I have had a fantastic vacation at Mirca and Stefano's house. A house located in a wonderful and very well prepared enclave, respecting our privacy and at the same time offering all its kindness. It has served as a base for us to enjoy the island and the family. A place that invites you to stay. Highly recommended. Thank you for everything.

One of our favorite Airbnb locations! The views were just incredible. It was so peaceful and quiet. Absolutely loved it and would highly recommend it. You do need to stock up on supplies but the grocery store is very close. It would have been nice to have more beach towels. We came from far away so couldn’t bring them with us easily. They do use a property manager so there is an extra charge for check in flexibility though they were kind enough to waive it for an hour early. The host was very responsive and helpful.

Great place, perfect for our visit. Nice and clean with everything we needed. Only issue was that the Wi-Fi didn’t work but we weren’t too worried about that.

Jorge is precise, flexible and efficient for all necessary indications. Clean, tidy apartment in a Menorcan style. The location of the apartment is excellent both for enjoying the beach below on foot and as a starting point by car to explore the island. Highly recommended!

We have just returned from a really wonderful stay at Mariona and Joseph's place. The flat is lovely and has everything you need for a comfortable stay. We loved eating on the balcony with a gorgeous sea view. You can't beat the location of the flat, just downstairs there is a supermarket and great cafe, and you are minutes from the pool and beach. The surrounding area is beautiful too, we enjoyed walks along the coastpath to Binigaus and Atalis beach and our children enjoyed the Loc de Menorca zoo. Mariona was a very kind and helpful host, she answered our questions very quickly. Thank you for hosting us in your beautiful home, we hope to be able to come back one day. Thank you also for the gifts of wine and biscuits on arrival, very much appreciated.

This was our second visit because we had such a wonderful time last year! It was equally fantastic this time too! A lovely house in picturesque surroundings, including a pool. We loved sitting on the front terrace to have meals, to read and to sunbathe. It was so peaceful. Silvia was so kind to buy us some provisions as we arrived on the evening of check in day. In addition to the lovely Opera Restaurante, there is also now a cafe where you can buy some food to take away. We greatly enjoyed a couple of pre-dinner walks on the Cami de Cavalls, the entrance to which was just a few feet away. The views are amazing and we hardly saw anyone. We hope to return again. An ideal apartment! With all the amenities, the kitchen is very well-equipped and there are great views of the lighthouse. The pool is also great. We'll be back!

we had a very nice stay the apartment is very nice, very comfortable and it is located by the sea and in 5 min you are at the beach. Catrina and Carlos are adorable and very responsive. I would like to say that we were lucky enough to host two very beautiful people.
