Our host is very friendly and helpful. She fulfilled our wish for an espresso cafeteria and gave us helpful tips for activities and restaurants. She responded to messages very quickly. We liked the cleanliness of the apartment, the bed linen and towels smelled very good and fresh. We had a rental car and a parking space could be found in the immediate vicinity at any time. I'd be happy to come back anytime 💪😊

Super nicely renovated old village house in second row from the harbour of Cala Rajada. Converted and furnished with a lot of taste. Minimalist and yet cozy. Perfect for relaxing. Radiates tranquility. Very clean. Great courtyard (patio) and indoor balcony, but no terrace with a view - as it belongs to a Mallorcan village house. Walking distance to restaurants, shops and the waterfront, as well as to the fantastic small beach Cala Gat. Ideal for us, because everyone could do something independently and we were not always dependent on the car. Ideal for those who don't want a standard tourist hostel and yet not far from everything on a finca. We will definitely be happy to come back.

The house and Guillermo were fantastic. We stayed here for a week, four adults and a baby, and it was a perfect fit. We wished we could have stayed longer! We were especially impressed by the wonderful welcome. We arrived at the house at 12:30 a.m., and Guillermo personally welcomed us anyway. He had brought us water, fruit, and snacks, and we couldn't have felt more at home from the very first minute. Thank you for the wonderful week!

This was the best option for our trip and needs! Easy to find parking and many little details which made our stay pleasant - good water pressure in shower, everything was clean and nice, enough cutlery, sharp knife in the kitchen (sounds strange, but very nice to have when you cook) and many more. The place was really clean and big windows are just wow. Thank you very much, highly recommended.
