It benefits from a large balcony area, complete with BBQ and table and chairs overlooking the golf course and only 2 minutes drive to the beach. Both bathrooms have been refurbished in June 2024. The kitchen will be refurbished in February 2026 so there will be a brand new kitchen for the Easter and Summer season 2026.
