Das Haus im Kärntner Stil befindet sich ruhig gelegen auf einer Anhöhe mit Traumblick über den See (in 5 min mit Auto erreichbar) und die umliegende Bergwelt. Es ist ideal für einen entspannten Urlaub mit Familie oder Freunden und erstreckt sich über 3 Etagen (200m2 +Terrasse+Garten). Der Wohnbereich mit Marmorfußboden und Holzdecke befindet sich im Erdgeschoß; die Küche ist voll ausgestattet. Es gibt 5 große Schlafzimmer und 3 Bäder, geheizt wird mit Fußbodenheizung und Solarluft-System.

Cyclists can start directly on the Drauradweg cycle path. Bed linen, towels, Wi-Fi and electricity included. An ideal base for exploring Carinthia, Slovenia and Italy. Please note: A car is required for almost everything, except hiking and cycling. Maximum 3 guests and 1 baby under 2 years old. Please bring your own baby cot.

Jede unserer geräumigen Ferienwohnungen verfügt über mindestens einen Balkon und lädt zum Genießen der Nachmittagssonne ein. Mit einer Größe zwischen ca. 40 bis 56 qm² ist genügend Platz für Wanderer, Paare oder Familien mit Kindern. Sie sind allesamt urig gemütlich eingerichtet und bieten alles was man braucht. Zur Ausstattung der Wohnungen gehören Geschirr, Bettwäsche und Handtücher, sowie ein Fön. Für alle Wohnungen steht ebenso freies WLAN bereit. Homeoffice ist also kein Hindernis!

Ein ökologisch nachhaltiges neues Holzhaus sucht sympathische BewohnerInnen. Modern, komfortabel ausgestattet und mit allem was man braucht um so richtig zu entspannen. Hillside - also fußläufig auf die Berge, zum Kneipen und in ein paar Autominuten am See. Großzügiger Wohnraum mit vielen Möglichkeiten sich zurückzuziehen. Seit ein paar Tagen gibt es auch eine Außensauna, die nach einer ausgedehnten Wanderung zur Erholung dient.

Die Unterkunft besteht aus einem angenehmen 2-Zimmer Apartment mit eigener Küche, Essbereich, Badezimmer und Balkon. Das Design ist ländlich, ein eigener Ofen welcher mit Holz aus den heimischen Wäldern betrieben wird, rundet das Angebot ab. Das Apartment befindet sich nur 15 Min. entfernt vom Schigebiet Gerlitzen. In 20 Min. können Sie die Damenabfahrt im Schigebiet Bad Kleinkirchheim oder die Thermen des Umlands erreichen.

Se d'inverno arrivate tardi fatemelo sapere così alziamo prima il riscaldamento.
