It is an independent accommodation with terrace on the ground floor of my house located on a green hill with exceptional views of the valley. Private access. Private parking. Sleeps 4 people. Not recommended for children under 3 years old because the garden is in espalier. Access to the estate's swimming pool from June to mid-September and to the tennis court. Pool 50m walk from the apartment. The accommodation is disinfected after each rental. 3 km from the village and 15 km from the sea. At the foot of the hiking trails.

It is 10 mn away from Argeles sur mer, 15 mn from Collioure, 20 mn from Spain and Perpignan. It is 1h30 away from Barcelonais and ski resorts. The house will provide a tranquil, calm and comfortable stay with all the amenities. It is close by the village shops and entertainments, hiking trails and mountain bike.

Typical village house in the heart of Sorède, composed of a living room opening onto a small south-facing terrace. Equipped kitchen and space with a sofa 3 places. Upstairs 2 bedrooms with bed 160 cm and 140 cm, a shower room with large shower and sink. Separate WC. The living room and one bedroom have air-conditioned. Animals are absolutely noted in this rental. Very quiet area, shops are 10 mins walk, and there are parking spaces 50 m from the house.
