Our cottage, completed in 2014, is located in Paljakka, close to ski trails and mountain biking trails. The cottage's facilities are located on two floors. The glass-railed terrace, which is the width of the entire cottage, gives you the opportunity to sense the peace of nature in both winter and summer. In the yard, there is a wood storage, a fire pit and a sauna. The hot tub is in use from April to October, for a separate fee. Pets are not allowed. Distances: Ukkohalla Resort 26 km. Store: Puolanka center 30 km and Ristijärvi 26 km.

A newly renovated stylish two-bedroom apartment in a quiet area just a couple of kilometers from Sotkamo and about eight kilometers from Vuokatti's services. Very close to the beach and a small park with swimming docks. In winter, access to the trails of Sotkamo, Pirttijärvi and Hiukanharju. The local bus of the Sotkamo-Vuokatti area operates in the area. The apartment has, among other things, excellent music listening facilities and a smart TV. The equipment allows for a longer stay. Child and animal friendly host couple next door.

The sun shines on the cottage beach late into the evening. The beach sauna is located right on the water and the cottage itself is a little higher up on the plot. Inside the cottage, running water, indoor toilet and shower bring a little luxury to your stay. Relax with the whole family in this peaceful place to stay. The fully equipped cottage has two bedrooms, a living room/kitchen, a bathroom, a toilet, and an electric sauna. The courtyard has a terrace and a private barbecue canopy. The shore of the pond, where there are boats and a large barbecue hut, is available to residents. 12 kilometers from Kajaani.
