The house is very nice with a great lake view. Spacious and clean, with a beautiful garden and pool. Location is very quiet and you need to drive to the more touristy places in Como but we definitely liked that!

Not to mention their availability, valuable recommendations and unparalleled sense of service (airport driver, home chef, restaurant and spa reservations, etc.). Had a short two night stay at Alexsandras apartment. She was really friendly and informative, and her lovely parents met us on arrival. The view of Lake Iseo is stunning, and as we arrived late, she recommended a really good pizza restaurant 5 minutes walk away. The space is spotless and has a great kitchen. As is usual in Italy, there's no microwave. Italians like their food fresh! You definitely need a small car to get there, but that's why they invited a Fiat 500! Getting there is along very tight streets, and very steep roads, so a small car is essential, but that adds to the charm. Really good spot!

We had an amazing stay at Christian's house. The property is wonderful - modern, clean and spacious inside and the outside space is as good as it looks on the photos. We spent hours relaxing in the garden area. Christian had also thought of extra details to make the stay even more welcoming, like a hamper of local foods on arrival and care packages in the bedrooms. His communication was fantastic as well, very quick to respond and nothing was too much trouble - he booked us a shuttle back to the airport and even offered to pick us up when we arrived due to a train strike. All in all a brilliant stay and would recommend this place to anyone.

Beautiful surroundings and well-worth the walk into town (there’s a very easy/safe path from this property into town - just expect to get some good exercise walking back up).

We had a wonderful stay at Elena’s place in Lake Como! The view was absolutely breathtaking – even better than we expected – and the peaceful location made it the perfect spot to relax and unwind. The neighborhood felt very safe, which gave us peace of mind throughout our stay. The home was exactly as pictured: clean, well-maintained, and thoughtfully prepared. Everything we needed was there, and Elena was incredibly responsive and helpful any time we had a question. We would absolutely recommend this place to anyone looking for a peaceful getaway in one of the most beautiful parts of Italy. We can’t wait to come back!

This home was honestly such a dream! The host was easy to work with and provided a very helpful video for check in. The parking lot/suitable drop off point for a driver is a bit of a distance from the house, on a cobblestone walkway with stairs along the way. It was a lot of work to get my luggage to the house but SO WORTH IT! It’s absolutely gorgeous and as pictured. The outdoor areas are all stunning and lush - I loved sitting outside for coffee, breakfast, and watching the sunset in the evenings (but bring bug spray)! It rained most of my stay so I didn’t use the jacuzzi or outdoor shower much, but they were functional (I checked) and looked lovely. The ferry station and bus stops are about a 5 min walk away and a local market around 3 minutes away. The couple that owns the store was so sweet! I walked to 3 different restaurants nearby for dinner. They were within 3-15 minutes walking distance and wonderful food! This will absolutely be my first choice for a future Lake Como stay!

Beautiful and unique accommodation, in a quiet area right on the water. Accommodation is equipped with only important things. If you arrive by car, there is the possibility to park directly in front of the house. The city center is about 20 minutes' walk along the water. WiFi works great. A restaurant is right behind the house that serves good food. Francesca was very nice and gives you very helpful tips for a great stay in Lecco and Lake Como.

you have to deserve Melania's house because access is reserved for visitors who like to climb! Once in the house you feel at home and the view is spectacular

The place is beautiful. The view is stunning. The house was very clean and as described. The owners communicated quickly and provided very clear instructions. The parking space is good. We had 3 large vehicles so it was a little tricky to get in and out but we managed fine. We had a fantastic stay and would happily recommend this place to others.

My partner and I went there, Corinne was a great host. Beautiful place, wonderful surroundings. The interior of the house is very comfortable and spacious. Small flaw but not essential, the night is a little hot, but otherwise everything is super top. We will definitely be back. Corinne is very flexible and available to all your needs.

Amazing place, very peaceful. We recommend getting there before dark in the first day (at least), and make sure to bring everything you need because the closest market is far away :)

It is a wonderful quiet and private house on the edge of the village of Palanzo overlooking the lake and mountains. The two large windows overlook the lush green terraces opposite. The qualities of the location and the old small house were redesigned with great skill into a harmonious whole. We felt very, very comfortable here. Thank you for the warm welcome and the tips. Nice place to stay - amazing views, comfortable bed, perfectly clean, save parking. If you come to this area for hiking, it's a perfect starting point. The apartment is a bit dark because of small windows, but you can chill on the beautiful terrace.

Our stay at Lake Como far exceeded our expectations. There were six of us, and the accommodations were immaculate—beautifully designed with thoughtful, loving details throughout. Our host, Nicola, was incredibly helpful and responsive to any questions we had. I especially loved being just a bit removed from the busier parts of Lake Como—it gave us a sense of peace without sacrificing the view or convenience. The comfort, functionality, and scenery were all next level. If you’re planning a trip to Lake Como, this place is an absolute gem. We were genuinely sad to leave
