Charming 2 Bedroom, 1 Bath bungalow centrally located in Sunny Bradenton Florida. LECOM Park (Pirates baseball) is less than a mile away. Manatee Beach is 8.6 miles, about 16 minutes away. The Anna Maria Island Water Taxi is 2 miles away if you want to avoid the in-season traffic. Jump on the free island bus on the island. This house is privately owned. Security cameras onsite.. Come stay in our beautiful, Mid-Century Modern, light drenched home just one block from the bay with a private pool. The private yard is surrounded by lush landscaping & the pool is the perfect place to cool off on hot afternoons. The house is spacious & minimally decorated with finds from our world travels. We've recently replaced the bed and the neighborhood is quiet and easy to explore on foot. Note: this is our home, so please expect a warm lived in feel in the space, not that of a hotel.
