Monthly Rentals in South End, Halifax

Sergey’s place was amazing — super clean, comfortable, and exactly like the photos. The location was great, just a short and pleasant 10-minute walk to the Halifax Infirmary and close to everything else I needed. Sergey was a fantastic host — really friendly, responsive, and accommodating. You can tell he puts care into making the space comfortable for guests. I’d definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area.

My stay here was amazing. Space actually ended up being bigger than what can be seen in the pictures. Nice spacious living room with a comfortable couch and lots of windows for sunlight to enter. Bed was super comfy and the bathroom was nice and clean. Full kitchen with anything you need. Location is good and walking distance to the waterfront with lots of restaurant options. All in all 10/10 and would definitely stay here again in the future.

The location was excellent with easy access to Halifax and Dartmouth. The place was as described, it was clean and very convenient and comfortable.

A great apartment, very nicely decorated and furnished, spotlessly clean, and kitted out with anything you might need during your stay. Mony was even kind enough to provide additional snacks and other items that was extremely generous and greatly appreciated - above and beyond! The apartment is located very close to Dalhousie, so was excellent for any parents dropping off or visiting kids there. The underground parking was so helpful, and easy to use - the designated parking spot is spacious, and the parking area as a whole is quite open and not difficult to navigate. Mony's instructions for entry and use of the parking garage are exemplary - I wish more hosts would explain instructions, etc, as well as she does. All in all, this condo in a fantastic option for a stay in Halifax.
