Holiday rentals with outdoor seating in South Fork

This place is beautifully located - the setting is gorgeous. Felt peaceful from the moment we woke, looked outdoors at the views, and heard the river below, usually enjoying coffee on the deck. Lots of outdoor living spaces. Our 10- & 12 yo granddaughters lit up with birdwatching excitement from the various decks! The hot tub was a great relaxation, and the ping pong table was well-used too. Kids went rafting; we hiked to Treasure Falls, to Silver Falls, & even found the cave-fissures that *could* contain ice in June, but not this year. Loved all the hikes. In 10 min you could be in town dining or picking up extra groceries. Reviews about the very well-equipped kitchen were spot on, and they were appreciated. A bathroom in every bedroom was great! To find a place like this that fit our big extended family felt exceptional.

Awesome place to stay. The home was as beautiful as the pictures showed, had everything we needed and more, nice outdoor area, and all we could have asked for. Internet was great, but no cell phone service. It was summer when we were there and a bit hot during the day, but cooled off a bit at night. The host was very responsive to the question we had. All in all it was a very nice place on a long country gravel road. I would recommend this place to someone that needed a place to stay near Pagosa Springs CO.

Linda's place was lovely. The wrap around porch was a big plus for me. The bedrooms were well appointed as was the kitchen. Everything was clean! My last airbnb experience wasn't great so it was a pleasure to have this place be so perfect. We had an episode of internet outage and Linda replied to my message immediately and helped us get the problem resolved.

This is a beautiful spacious home, and spotless. The pictures don’t do it justice! The kitchen is a true delight for cooking. The beds were so comfortable and the home is in a quiet neighborhood, so evenings were easy to rest and get ready for the next day. The yard is perfect if you are traveling with pups, it is secure and plenty of room for them to play. We were able to use the garage, and it was fantastic to have that as an option. It was a relaxing week! I hope to stay there again!

If you're going to Great Dunes National Park, this place is a great accommodation option. It's in the middle of the countryside, and the house is very nice and well-equipped. It has a beautiful garden, games like croquet, and a hot tub. The three bedrooms are spacious. The only thing not perfect is that it only has one bathroom.

The view from the floating dock was stunning. There was an abundance of wildlife around the lake. There are views from every room facing the lake. It's about 15 minutes from town which is a nice easy drive to the Hot springs or restaurants. There were plenty of kitchen utensils and a good size grill. The hot tub is a nice touch

Great place to stay and a responsive wonderful host. The location worked well to either ski at Wolf Creek or enjoy the town of Pagosa Springs.

Stayed two nights with my mom on a mini getaway - what a cozy little studio! The location could not have been better; so close to town and grocery shopping for simple meals. Check in was easy, communication was great, and the place was clean with everything you need. We have visited Pagosa Springs a few times and moving forward, this will be our place to stay 100%!

Place worked great for our needs! We made a mistake when checking out and the host worked with us while we corrected our mistake.

I enjoyed the location very much. Just on the edge of downtown. A quick walk to the grocery store, restaurants, and shopping were very convenient. I especially loved the vibe of the cabin. Very relaxing. And all of the soaps, shampoo, conditioner, and candles were my favorite scents. So this made the cabin very relaxing to me.

This spot was exactly what we were looking for! Something close to restaurants and bars, private space, and relaxing area. We loved hanging out on the patio when we were at the Airbnb. It was a great fit for me and my partner, plus our pet!

Great location and nice condo for a small family of three or a couple and one other person. Would stay here again as very convenient.

Thoroughly enjoyed our stay. We have been to Creede on a number of occasions in the past, so we knew the local landscape and what to expect. The locals are always super nice and inviting. We went during their off-season, so much of it was closed, but that doesn't stop you from enjoying the surroundings. This garage apartment is centrally located to a lot of outdoor activities and is very well kept. Enjoy your time there!

Loved staying at Danielle’s place! Right in the middle of Pagosa Springs. There was plenty to walk to and just minutes from the hot springs.

Absolutely beautiful! Great location especially if you like fishing, hiking or just admiring the beautiful outdoors. Tish was a great host and the list of recommendations for local food and activities was very helpful. We would definitely stay here again!

This townhouse is nothing short of exceptional and we couldn't have found a better location with nicer accommodations. No issues with the interior or negative feedback. We clean a lot and it was nice to have all of the utilities available to keep it nice while we stayed. It was also great to have internet access. The owners were available if we needed anything at all times.

Alisa’s place was perfect for our mountain get away. Super quite and tucked away without feeling to far from other things. Would definitely stay here again!

What a great place to stay and have family time. Having lived in Pagosa for 7 years I knew the area very well. Jennifer’s place was tops and close to everything yet peaceful and quiet. Great space and very updated and clean. Best AirBnB we have ever stayed in. Also Jennifer was very kind and helping for our personal needs. So thankful for her and her home. Great place to stay!!! Five Stars all the way.

We really enjoyed our stay! So close to hiking and mountain biking trails, and steps from the water. The kitchen had everything we needed and bed was very comfortable. We used the BBQ most nights and enjoyed the choice of porches for coffee and eating. Darlene and Craig are great hosts and their dog is so cute. The other neighbors are all so nice as well. Highly recommend this place!

Great properly. Clean and plenty of space. Only downside was no streaming options. So only tv options were standard cable or DVDs.
